Evans Orders Cancelled/Dispatched Updates

I've had one order despatched but 3 cancelled ,how is everyone else getting on??

I placed 3 orders,2 on my account using the 01 & 02 code,01 5.00 off was dispatched & 02 9.00 off was cancelled.

Used partners account and only placed a order using the 01 code and that one has also been dispatched :j

One order was for 3.00 and one for 4.60.

The codes are still working?

I think it's the £9 codes that are getting the security emails ,the £5 one seems to be at evans discretion , I wouldn't shop there again though as the service has been terrible ,lying about stock when they could just tell us no ???

I've had a £9 off one cancelled due to OOS, but the scarf I ordered is still in stock. It was the only order I did and have just reordered using hubby's email address this time, and sent an email from my address asking why they have cancelled an order for an item that is clearly still in stock online.

I had two orders, both with free delivery. One for £36.50 where I used the £9 off and the other for £1.40 where I used the £5 off. Both orders are showing as despatched.

i had one £9 despatched and one cancelled due to oos - this is still in stock on site tho

I had two orders (1 for me and 1 for OH) both using £5 voucher, both had cancellations at 17:00 today - claimed to be out of stock. However, am feeling very pleased as my ASOS parcels have arrived!!!
