Right ive officially had it with evans now!!
First they send me a dispatch email for my second order and then in the small print tell me they will be 'adding extra charges' to my card within 24 hours to cover it.
Then they send me another dispatch email for my first order,which came to a grand total of £0.00 telling me its on its way -apparently giving it me for free is fine.
Then THEN....They send me another THREE dispatch emails for the second order :eek: ... So by the looks of things im getting overcharged for one thing i wasnt that bothered about and FOUR orders of the order i paid nothing for!!

Is this just me they are doing this to? Im so confused by it all,i dont even know where to begin!

Think their customer service / IT orders section is in melt-down by the sounds of it - fingers crossed you get x4 freebie orders :D

Nightmare just double checked my despatched email and can't see anything about extra charges it just says-

"We will be charging £0.60 to the method of payment you gave us within 24 hours and it will appear on your statement as Evans."

Where is the small print please ?

my sock order was cancelled as OOS, nothing yet for the scarf and it was ordered before the socks so fingers crossed it slips through.

Well last cancelled order recieved now..... been lucky though have got 4 orders despatched out of 8, funny how they are the most expensive orders!!!!!!! naughty naughty Evans

My order cancelled too using the same old lame oos excuse. Still showing as available on their website :mad:
