Just checked one of my cancelled orders and they have stated that it has been refunded and cancelled due to it being out of stock when I checked on the Evans website it is still stating that it is in stock......I've sent them a nice e mail requesting a explanation!!!!!.....their customer service is awfull

I've received cancellation emails for both of my orders but like bettyboo333 I've decided to enquire as to why they are claiming they're out of stock when you can still order them via the website. I'm sure it won't get me anywhere but it will annoy them, cause them more work and make me feel a bit better.

I ordered with Evans and then they cancelled my order saying something about routine security checks, and that if I want to discuss it further I need to call a premium 0845 number!!!

I have e-mailed them back, I won't be calling that number. Or indeed be ordering from them again.
