Got a despatch email last night on my xmas sock order.

I got a cancellation email, my scarf was still in stock on the website although the email said it was OOS. Sent an email and got a very quick reply to tell me that my order was cancelled due to a technical issue on the website and they were sorry for the inconvenience.

It was my first order too and I won't be bothering again - or buying instore for that matter. I saw a few bits I'd planned to buy in a second order if the first one went through ok but since their email was so snotty and their cancellation lied to me I'm really not interested.

Hmm, got a dispatch email for a pair of socks, but the tights I ordered at the same time were apparently OOS. Bizarrely, it says I'll be charged -£0.90?? Does this mean they're going to pay me for ordering the socks?? Confused!!

Oh Evans thanks! I have had email messages cancelling my orders due to no stock,,,,hmmm, lets just log on to site and look and lo and behold all my things are there available, bloomin liars and bad customer service.
i am tempted to order again just to get on nerves but too much stress and time. I used both codes, and i made 5 orders on diff emails but there is a chink of hope as 1 order i made has been despatched i spent £10 and used the 1st code of welcome and ended up paying £5 so others may haev this happen too?? Be interesting to hear.......

Just tried to re-order the gloves that they said were 'out of stock (yeah yeah..), but the promo codes dont work now, so looks like they've been fixed.

my order from the 29th only went to dispatched late last night,it was infact the first order i made,the other 2 i placed a few hrs after went to dispatched and cancelled before that one x

Both my orders from the 29th using the £5 off first spend have been despatched yesterday.

I just noticed on my order confirmation email there is an advert saying sign up and enjoy £5 off when you spend £40.
