For the last 5 years, I have received the WFA into my bank account. MY husband is now 65 and in receipt of state pension - will the payment now go into his bank account, or will it continue to be paid into mine?

My husband used to get the full amount. When I reached retirement, they paid half of it into my bank account. They split it.0

if you both are in recepit of State Pension only then it will be split, if you have Pension Credit, then it is paid in full to the Pension Credit customer only.0

You'll get half each i.e. half into your individual bank accounts.Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.

Your OH should have had it when he reached 60 - working or not!
That is one obvious thing to cut. We both worked, on good salaries, but the year OH was 60, we had a £200 bonus. Mad!Member #14 of SKI-ers club
Words, words, they're all we have to go by!.

We got the letter this morning saying it will be paid in the next 3 weeks.0

Like the OP I have been getting the full WFA since I was 60. DH is a year younger than me but has never claimed. I suppose next year when he is 65 we will get the amount split between us. Technically he was entitled to half once he was 60 but it seemed just extra admin for him to claim it when it is the same amount altogether.0

OH claimed his this year at 60, we didn't even think of just leaving things as they were with me getting the £250 instead of us both getting £125... makes sense to just leave it I guess... we pay the money into our 'bills' account anyway so it gives it a little boost in case our monthly fuel payments go up...#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

If you feel so strongly, then join with those of us who donate it to charity.
Here is the charity I give mine to but a quick Google search will provide you with many more.
