    Update at 6.40pm

OH has just rung, he is to stay in his little ward for another 24 hours, then they will see what is going to happen to him. The problem is that he can carry the infection in his faeces for a while, whether they will be prepared to take him at Haddington depends. The inflammation has gone down, its just the bugs remaining. So we will see tomorrow.......

Right, I have an ear infection. doc said probably best not to fly but see how I feel in the morning, as I have to be up at 5am, I am thinking no trip for me :( I will think on it over the course of the evening. I had another panic attack today and have been worried about taking one on the plane, or while I am there, so maybe its best not to go. So unsure of what to do.

    .

Ouch poor you, I hope you feel better soon, have a good think about your trip tonight, only you know if you will be up to going xxxx

i had an ear infection not so long ago and because i have no insurance here i went to a private doc and he did a detailed inspection of my inner ear and he advised me i have very very narrow ear 'tubes'-could explain my inability to hear foreign languages! thats my excuse for not learning Turkish and i am sticking to it--speak up i cant hear you!!!

Bitsy beans, how did you leave it on overnight without ruining the pillows? :rotfl:

Well I acutally slept with two terry towelling nappies spread over the pillow but you could use an old towel or doubled up sheet that you don't mind getting stained.

    Evening All

DS1's mouth is finally starting to heal, DH, DS2, DSS and DD all have a cold to some degree!

A few positive things over the last couple of days - my boss's wife had to go in for an operation yesterday and thankfully got away with the simplest option (hysterectomy but it could have been so much worse), my Dsis had stage 2 cells removed a few weeks ago and today got the all clear :j no further treatment need just a check up in 6 months and finally my boss rang me tonight to say he was taking the last opportunity (we're merging with our other office on monday) to treat me and is giving me the day off tomorrow on the quiet :T

Still carrying on with the cherry juice and I have to say I feel alot 'sharper' and I feel a little less stiff than I have done recently - might be a placebo effect but I think I'll carry on...certainly won't do me any harm!

    Have a good evening x
