Hi, I am in court tomorrow at 10.15 against Lloyds TSB in Plymouth. I had my hearing date about five weeks ago and have received absolutely nothing since. If LloydsTSB had applied for a stay, would I have been informed? I will be attending, does this mean they will also be there to defend and not apply for a stay? I have never done anything like this and I am terrified!!0
