  • In all honesty, from a customer service point of view. It must be so obvious when people have been to this website. All use the same tactics (when i was at blah blah store i got this), (doesnt your policy say this?)

    Be more original. Ta

Go and do your homework, there is enough information on here, read the forum and visit the stores. All the answers are there, just need to open your eyes and do some of the work yourself. Everyone on here is happy to share information, but you win more respect by doing some research yourself and posting your findings on here. I do get tired of people coming on here holding their hands out without taking the time study, learn and contribute.

    Welcome to r&r
Well thanks for your coments, all i can say is its a good job your not the only one who posts on here! I do read the post on a bi hourly basis most of the time, but with certain people going off the subject its easy to lose the information we all like.
Study, contribute: i like to think i've read and added quiet a bit to these forums.
Learn: i am still trying to learn to kerb my tounge at self appointed authoritising figures (legends in their own minds).

All i was asking for was help or a pointer towards which of the posts from over 3000 now listed, and now i've added to it ** walks away shaking head**

Well said mate.........although I think you should have shouted it

    Please don't feed the troll
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

It's a bit extreme just for an r&r

    but possibly yes
  • OK, who got there before me?!?!

I went to my local with list from misprices thread and everything I looked at had a plain SEL (just a barcode, no price on it). Diet Coke, chicken, etc all had this label. Noticed that the chicken was still overpriced on the packaging and so the next person who came along would still buy the overpriced chuck, they just wouldnt know it as there was no SEL telling them how much they should paying. Isn't this even worse? Having been told by a customer of an overprice, they dont correct it and along comes the next customer and they are then overcharged....

    A contribution (if i may)
Tesco peterborough, serpantine green, self scanner toiletries 11, works fine, trouble is they seem to be on the ball there with all prices, meat relabeled before they brought it to the cold section, all elec products with uptodate SELs the only thing i could find in the whole store after about an hour was doritos - but i'm sick of them :(

    Sony tele at £849.99 :(
