Had a productive weekend have managed to clear out a cupboard down the stairs at my grans house booked a tip run, also managed to sort through some of her units in the living room, my grans house was always tidy and I always through of her as super organised but going through these units she was a organised hoarder lol bless her.
sold one of her many wardrobes so that’s some space in the spare room.
been to the town this afternoon and got her a couple of gifts as it’s her birthday tomorrow so I’ve bought her some crushed velvet pyjamas and I’ll go get her flowers and chocolates tomorrow once I’ve spoken to the home that’s it’s alright to drop them off along with some of her home comforts.
also bought her a box and I’m going to fill it up with her photos, need to write on the back of them who they are etc for her so that’s my task tonight.
my arm feels much better now only took a week did my 30 minutes on the crosstrainer early this morning and will be doing my gym workout via zoom after I’ve done the school run. One of my parents wants to chat with me..........never a good sign already overthinking if they give me notice how I can fill those spaces lol hopefully she’s not leaving me as I’ve had her kids for 5 years now xx
I think the remortgage process is on the move again........hubby’s work emailed a copy of the paperwork as Royal Mail have lost our paperwork thank goodness she’s took a copy so the mortgage advisor has sent it to the underwriters. fingers crossed they accept this otherwise I need to wait for them to send out another paper copy........all because buys work is old school and write out the wage slips lol xx
right off to get ready for the school run xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.054 -

His employers have told the underwriters his contract is 35 hours a week whilst it’s actually 40 hours but those 5 hours a week have caused a massive difference in the amount they are willing to lend us. They were willing to lend us the £59 but because of those 5 hours they can only offer us £44k..........I do not have £15k only half of it !!!!!! xxbeanielou said:
