Headache is easing, managed to do my cross trainer session this morning but no zoom gym class tonight as headache was just not budging but managed to get my avon sorted though so positive thinking lol xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.053

Where have I been....two days missing it like me
just bust as usual as well as dealing with. Sorting out care for my gran, avon, food larder paperwork, online meetings it’s never ending and yesterday quite frankly I felt so overwhelmed and it all came to a head when I had the mortgage advisor was asking me where paperwork from hubby’s job was.........eh phone my hubby !!!!!!
anyway I sorted my avon out and have arranged for everyone their deliveries
my gran is going into a care home on Monday or Tuesday and I’ve already been booked in for a visit 14 days from when she does in as she needs to quarantine. It’s her birthday on Tuesday but I am allowed to drop off some presents for her so I’ll be getting her a massive bunch of flowers and some new pjs xx
the mortgage advisor phoned hubby today the paperwork has been lost in the post thankfully bobs employer took a photocopy of the work and she’s emailed it to the mortgage advisor who have emailed it to the underwriters, hopefully this is it moving forwards now as only a month til my deal ends with my existing mortgage supplier.
I have £2400 in the house improvement fund. I’ll be concentrating on paying off my hubby’s phone off my credit card and a few bits of my very account now that I know the underwriters might be having a nosey, we’ve had no requirements from them as of yet but I like to make sure my accounts are all clear if that makes sense
then I need to save the money up for the difference between the new mortgage and the old mortgage think it’s about £990 so I need to put £1000 for that which will be done as I have til the last week of April to get that done.
then it’s £520 for the replastering and £250 for the loft hatch. So still need to keep my eye on the ball lol it’s all money money money.
now that it’s confirmed my gran is going into a home I now have the task of sorting through her stuff which to take to the care home for her and which can go to the charity shop or sold. So that’s my job tomorrow afternoon after I’ve took hubby rubbish we sorted through last week to the tip. Also need to fit in seeing my niece and nephew before they head back up north as not managed to see them since they’ve been done here for two weeks. I need to grab my grandpas ring so I can give it to my brother before he goes back home.
right off to change a bum before we do the nursery run

I’m glad your gran is sorted, hopefully she’ll be well looked after. Lots of extra work for you though sorting out her belongings. You will meet yourself coming back one of these days you’re so busy.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

It’s a huge responsibility of having to go through her things and trying to figure out what should stay, go with her or go to the charity shop and tbh I find it so daunting. My brother is doing a flying visit tomorrow so I’ve got my grandpas ring here at the house for him, it’s his as he’s mine and my sisters only brother so grandpa would have wanted him to have it.Sun_Addict said:I’m glad your gran is sorted, hopefully she’ll be well looked after. on other news I had to push a double buggy with two chunky monkeys on its back wheels as my front wheel decided to snap halfway to the nursery........now on the lookout for a new double buggy ..........hopefully that’s my bad luck for a little while xx

Glad you've got somewhere for your Gran. Remember to look after yourself, as sorting the house will be hard work. x"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3
