Late finish tonight at 6.30pm and then I'll go to the last gym class tonight so that's 6 classes this week and I'll probably go to the one on Saturday morning as well still really enjoying it tho hoping weigh in on Saturday is kind to meas didn't loose a smidge last week but I didn't gain so positive thinking
I think I have a haircut booked in for Saturday need to double check this :rotfl: if I do they'll need to take the sweaty mess as they find me

Don't forget muscle weighs more than fat
Hope the scales are kind to you though, you deserve to lose after all that exercise. I can't wait to get back to it once my leg has recovered, really miss it.

I seem to have slowed down with paying debt in January so the fact you are still able to is great.
I am excited to start to try to do it again come pay day in what seems like forever still away!

I'm quite lucky that I get mostly paid weekly by my parents the. The spaces the council pay for get paid monthly plus hubby gets paid weekly too so it's defo a mix :T
