They did cancel orders, most of them once they realised the error. Mine for example was dispatched before they realised the error

Oh right I thought they had deliberated replaced them with the lower model. I'm guessing the codes on the item that their warehouse use were for the lower priced model in which case it would be unavoidable that the wrong ones were processed.
