customer service pretty good in my opinion - i recently had items that arrived but were damaged, they apologised profusely, gave me a full refund for everything right away and arranged for it to be returned as well as chucking a few extra nectar points on my card next time i went shopping...

Sounds like excellent customer service to me.

Can you add stuff to your basket now and leave it there until the sale starts?

I have ordered one of these at £14.99 in case they correct it before the sale starts but if I add one to my basket now will it stay there until the sale starts so I can buy it at half price?

yes but it will likley sell out before the sale starts,or they may notice the glitch and correct it(good chance as they will be updating prices to the sale)..tomorrow it might be half the correct price

Just ordered one for my daughters birthday its on thursday so paid the 4.95 for it to be delivered thursday morning so will let you know if it arrives thursday and if its the correct one. took a screen shot just incase i have any problems
