    Hey everyone,

Think I'll add this £300 as a mini target in my sig, just to keep me focused and to let me know if there's any wiggle room to transfer over to target 1 ;) The other night out is with work and I really would rather have not spent funds on this :( It is a night out mid-week when I am in work for the whole of the next day too - so working all day, straight out from work which will make it a late night regardless. Home and then still up early for work the next day. I am only going as its work and was trying to fit in but have paid quite a bit and not even looking forward to it now. So have decided to take £5 for drinks with me and must *NOT* go over budget on this :naughty:

  • Have rounded all paperwork up into a pile ready to be dealt with more thoroughly
Printed out info for the 3 books I've sold. This will involve paying for postage tomorrow but as the postage is covered by the purchaser this will not affect a potential NSD. :D
:o I have spent some money today on some pens thanks to InaPickle who posted about the special offer. *think* I spent £8.32
Am also about to spend some money on a set of books - the set will cost me just over the cost of 1 book from any other shop and there are 2 of the books I've not read, the others I'll list for sale. Been meaning to do this for several months
Just getting ready to drag myself out to an MS - at least it will sort tea out for me :D:D and change will go to the happy change pot.

I also keep checking e-bay 1 item thats ending has muliple watchers - hope this sells and then it is something saved for the loft ladders.

Before I went I ordered the books  As soon as they come I will list most of them for sale and keep the 2 i've not read before listing. Should make my money back on these easily enough but will be a good read anywho's :D

So a shameless copy and paste of yesterdays to do list with details of accomplishments :j

Wow, you've done loads DDFW, makes me feel really lazy :rotfl:

You should be pleased about your £100-odd that you've paid off in 6 weeks, you've had a lot of additional expenditure.

I'm going to write a list of the jobs that need to be done in the house too, so I can see how much (if any!) I achieve next year.

  • Hi brizzled and everyone,

Yes brizzled, I do seem to be posting more lately but it is an attempt to keep the focus  and I am glad to say it seems to be working.

I *did* spend some money yesterday - this was on the materials I needed to purchase following MG's course so: £14.95 on this but everything i got was at less than half price :D NorthernLas - many thanks for the post about the pens offer. But whilst out I was thinking how nice a hot lunch would be and this would only be about £2 but thought "no, if i don't buy a hot lunch that gives me more money for the things I really do need or to go off the debt"

Also spent 72p on whoopsied food - got 2 meals for that :rotfl:

So quick outline of where i *think* i'm up to regarding the £300 by end of month. Should be being paid:£155 for p/t work for the month. Then if OH pays for meal out there will be £60 to be banked *must do this monday* leaving £85 to find. I have some MS money due £10 should be paid before end of month and hoping a further £34 will be but if not that still leaves £75 to muster up.

*Dons thinking cap as heads off to work (bleurgh)*

Hope it's a good day for everyone

You need to find some more whoopsied food - if you can get 2 meals for 74p you'll soon make your target by finding some more :rotfl:

  • Hi everyone

Am very tired, I know I am doing 2 jobs but I think its more the fact that I am not enjoying my job and travelling 3 hours a day (round trip) which is making me so run down :o I have done jobs I have enjoyed in the past which has given me energy and motivated me and not felt like work at all. Definitely looking for a new job with more determinism in the new year - trouble is I'm out of the house for over 12 hours a day and no internet access in this time so it is hard.

A nice thing that happened - a gentlemen stood back to allow me to go through the door before them :D A small thing that doesn't take much but is muchly appreciated and did make me smile.

On the £75 - hoping the money for books sold will clear in a few days so that will be £8 towards the total. Hmmm £67 to rummage around for

If the quidco money comes in *thanks brizzled for the info* :D i will be making an overpayment to CC - Ooh just popped on there to check and it has only been validated recently £80 :T:T Still no idea when its being paid to me but fingers crossed now :)

    Time for bed now methinks,

Just remembered i should save some funds from food shopping as I hope to get my last £40 receipt that I need for the vouchers from MrM so that will definitely help :D

Putting all that down make me feel slightly calmer, right definitely bedtime now, night all x
