Hi all!
Am soo tired *must remember to post todays overpayment onto challenge thread*
Quick update and then bed. Managed to buy some reduced price meat - reduced from £7.50 to £1.70 all portioned up and in the freezer :j:j:j Must admit to buying 4 lots of it though - it will all be used so thats fine but still want to keep spends to £25 on food as far as possible this week.
Payment today was from p/t work and 1 small e-bay sale. Tomorrow i should receive funds in from Bingo so will use that as overpayment - still awaiting monies from surveys. Night all x

Hi All,
Will probably get to the weekend before i can do a full update of everything. Managed to clear out a cupboard in the kitchen ready for carboot - just found a couple of small bits in there. Will try and do the utility before the weekend and then the rest of the kitchen cupboards but as these are mainly stocked with food or plates etc. that are used i doubt i'll find too much.
Looking at having the carboot this weekend hopefully :T was thinking if i do then i'll want a takeaway for tea as being up early and then spending all day at carboot. I'll just have to be organised and sort out something easy to cook

Could you make a casserole tomorrow night? make enough that you just need to re-heat and add some crusty bread/rice to go with it for Saturday?

Hi Dragon - that sounds like a good idea and am sure i have the meat and most ingredients in to do that :j:j:j Definitely want to do the carboot this weekend as i really want the cash
imagine it'll be fairly tiring though
Just got to print the details of MS off now- did an MS yesterday and submitted report last night - no idea how this evening has run away from me though
At the weekend I also need to plant out my potatoes
Plant out some basil
Go for a little run
Study, study, study
Still doing my daily free bingo x 2 :j
Been doing all the surveys i can
Confession i bought a new top today:o:o reduced by 2/3rds so saved £30 on it. I have been wearing the same 2 tops to work each day - 1 of these is a thick jumper - so i have been feeling a little toasty in this nice weather :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I can't get away with wearing the t-shirts i used to wear as we now have to be a bit more formal to work - so since December even
i have just worn my 1 top with a cardi or my jumper as these are both acceptable although they are getting a bit bobbly now with all the washing  Will umm and ahh over whether i should return it this weekend. I never actually bought a 'wardrobe' or 'uniform' for work when i started this job and this should be perfect for interviews too. *fingers crossed* Oh well - will be mulling it over.

Hi all
The day seems to have totally gotten away from me - so far have been to work - x 2  done food shopping - must scan in in a mo.emptied car, filled washing machine and switched on, had a spot of lunch (£2.70 spend  but had had my friend traipsing round with me so this was lunch for 2). Tried to do my 2 MS's that i had scheduled in and could not complete any for various reasons :eek::eek: This actually wasted over an hour  i have got in touch with one of the MS places and rescheduled but have wasted so much time and petrol already
Just put washing into dryer and am pressing on with free bingo.
Will have to pop a plan up in a bit

Hi Dragon - well i was hoping for some re-imbursement but it seems not
Worse news is that the top i bought yesterday i have decided to return - which i can do on monday but just spoken to the store and they advised they may not be able to refund me :eek::eek: The top i bought did not have a price tag on and i didn't think anything of this at the time and just checked i could return it if wasn't right and the sales assistant said this would be ok. I was hanging the top up yesterday to ponder over and then saw that it was damaged
so thought it best to ring the store up first for a hassle free refund monday and they have said will need to see when i go in :eek::eek: it's obvious i haven't worn the top and the damage appears to be a design error rather than anything else but feeling quite anxious now as i really need the money rather than a top that's got parts coming off
To be bumped up on list of priorities for house is some fencing - never been any up here i don't think. Was just in the kitchen and a lady walked right by the window - i got quite a fright :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: She actually came from round the side of the house (no access that way so obviously had just decided to come into our garden walk up to the house and go round the side of the house  I know she lives nearby but still. Think as its open at the back people are more likely to just walk in rather than knocking on the door if they are getting something out of the garden - which is what i can only reasonably assume she was doing ? Thing is a few months ago, i saw someone in the back garden around midnight - i think they were getting their dog or cat back but was quite alarming to see a man with a torch in the back garden at that time of night

Hi all
lots to do today - hoping to carboot tomorrow if the weather holdswhich means lots and lots of organising - been putting as much stuff together as i can but there isn't any storage space to hold it all in so things are sort of dotted around  hoping it'll take no more than 2hours  will start getting sorted when OH goes to footie later
Got to do pots, plant out potatoes, another load of washing waiting to be done, i'd like a shower, study
Sure there's more to do - just finishing free bingo before i make a start tho

Hope you have a good weekend DDFW, and eek to people in the garden! That would really pee me off!
Good luck with the boot sale, we are off to do one in a minute, it's by the coast so should be nice.
How annoying about the top, hope you manage to get the refund."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
