Hey everyone

Well yesterdays money news wasn't up to much was it ?
This was the result of a really stressful few days culminating in (almost) complete inactivity on Sunday. Meaning i also didn't list anything else on the bay of e even though that was a major priority for me.
Today i busied myself and weeded a whole section of the garden which was really hard work but that bit is done now.
I also did some studying (as much as my little stressed brain would allow before having to give up)
I walked about 1 mile.
I looked for a new job.
I packaged all my eb*y parcels up ready to post.
I completed a claim form for an item not received ready to post also.
I sorted out all my packaging materials.
To lift my mood i ordered a pair of simply amazing and very, very, very tall shoes  using vouchers - sadly retail therapy didn't work and the mood stuck
I posted a birthday card
I washed pots
I read a little
I shredded paperwork that wasn't needed
In
Money News
i completed the claim form for a non-received item ready to post
i padded the money received from eb*y sales and cashback
i swagged
i s*p*ints
completed one survey - booted out of many many more
Hmm... On a school report i imagine they'd write 'could do better'
Hope everyone else is well of course
And i hope to be back to my usual bubbly self soon xCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
Hey DDFW I think you're being too hard on yourself..you're doing very well and plugging away at it every week..
How about thinking in terms of a week as a unit rather than a day? It gives you some breathing space and space for some downs as well as ups...

hi ddfw
I agree completely with what Brizzled just said. You are so very hard on yourself...but you are quite driven which is a very positive attribute. All will work out but try and see what other people see. You do so much and always give 100%. but try not to burn yourself out. You are a great person..it shines out through your diary
:) You have all of us to support you and you will achieve.
Hope you are feeling a wee bit better today. I hope to list 5 things tonight. I got 2 done last night. Steady listing brings steady money.:):) hopefully!! Did you decide to keep all your clothes....what a bargain. I think you should, you deserve them.

First of all i need to apologise to everyone
I am going through some stuff at the moment and it is leaving me completely and utterly miserable
I thought about stopping posting for a while rather than coming on here and moaning - but keeping on the debt free path and posting on here does help me focus and obviously reducing the debt can only be a good thing
You may also have noticed that i have been posting my list of achievements this has been to try and emphasize the positives for myself and i am also trying not to vent on here or post about 'stuff' as i don't want to make myself identifiable to anyone i know reading this.
Also if i have to come on here and confess my spends it also helps to keep me on the good path to debt freedom
Due to being so down i have been doing some retail therapy
and even though i recognise this for what it is i've not found a way to stop it
So far i've done that clothes shopping i mentioned though i'm debating taking stuff back, i've bought some bits and pieces of accessories - but some of these i have purchased for gifts, i've wiped out my amaz*n account and bought summer shoes (needed) and craft supplies - needed to get on with card making. So spending, but in some ways considered spending and using vouchers certainly much better than using money that i don't have
In truth though i didn't get any pleasure / satisfaction from the purchases so maybe i should learn from this  I *nearly* spent £55 on 2 items today also - again items needed that i always put off buying and go without instead.
So i am apologising if my posts are a tad on the glum side
and if i don't seem my usual self its because i'm not
but at least i've already explained that so you are all aware. I will try hard to be positive on here but i just wanted to explain to you all and thank you all for your continued support - it really does mean such alot to read your lovely supportive messages on here so thank you

I chased something up that i've paid for months ago  - i know, i know
I applied for a job - working less hours than i am now so not sure how MSE but a better job nonethelessCC1:T £[STRIKE]2531[/STRIKE] £1460MORTGAGE OVERPAYMENTS: £10575.20 Target £12,100MF Date: [STRIKE]August 2042[/STRIKE] May 2035Declutter 1000 things by Xmas 2015! 53/10000 -
OH DDFW have written a long post and lost it.....s************.
In short I was saying that this is your diary and you have to express your feelings and not worry about what it is you are posting. Please don't stay away...we would miss you. x
You got lots done yesterday. Walking instead of driving is pretty impressive. Hoping your form improves and whatever is worrying you so much sorts itself out.
God bless

Thank you ebayqueen
Your posts are always lovely
The thing is i don't want to post too much about whats troubling me on here as i do have that fear of being identified by someone i know
I do think it helps to vent rather than keeping everything in though - some stuff i am just writing out which has helped to stop it running round my head all the time
I have committed to continue posting - i have found it easy to be brighter on other peoples threads where there are many jolly things happening
So i will try and post some positives for today - i'm hoping that eventually the positives will be a magnet to other positive things bringing much better things into my life
Positives
That you are here ebayqueen - and jwil and brizzle your support is wonderful and you are all such lovely people so thank you
I had a fair few crafty supplies delivered today
I responded to an enquiry about an item so thats been crossed off my to do list
An on-going household maintenance job i've been chasing should have been done today - i will check it later - that'll give me a rest from the 100's of phone calls i've needed to make
I have checked my bay of e listings and have got another item with a bid on :T
I did not do any retail therapy today
I have a job to apply for - phone call to make tomorrow
