i noticed that ~shock horror~,. ill changed it too bought if i can edit the subject,.
and i really dont get whats so wrong with the buyer having too pay for the nochex fees,.0 -
The seller should be the one to pay the fees. It's the same with PayPal. Users with a premier/business account have to pay a fee on any payment received. You aren't allowed to surcharge anyway.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Justpaper. Sorry to be rude but you really need to use a spell checker!
'Too' is only used to mean 'also',you need 'to'.
The problem with the buyer paying the nocheques fee is , you chose the methods of payment yourself and so it is your problem not his. You really are changing the story if one minute he can pay either way and next minute he can only pay by nocheques if he pays your fees aswell!0 -

thats another thing i keep on typing too instead of to,. but im pretty sure this wasnt the reason why the buyer pulled out,. and he can still pay either way nochex or bank tranfer,.. yes he has too pay for the fees,. ebay only made it a rule cuzs it was !!!!ing buyers off,. nochex has no rule about passing on the fee,.0 -

It makes no difference what rules nochex have, they can say what they like, it is ebay's rules you have to take notice of. Ebay prohibit the paying of a surcharge for using any particular payment method, the rules are here:
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/listing-surcharges.html
Those rules are quite clear, so you need now to completely ignore the surcharge issue, apologise to th ebuyer for even suggesting it, grovel if necessary, and maybe he will make a nochex payment and end this matter once and for all.
Can I also please be picky and ask another question...in your first post you mention that one of your negs is due to the fact that RM delayed or lost your item en route to the buyer. I just wanted to check that you were aware that it is not your buyers problem if an item is delayed or lost, it is yours. Most good sellers will refund in full after a couple of weeks and only reclaim their own losses from the RM after the time period of 15 working days has elasped.
A seller should always cover themselves completely against loss in transit so I assume you will be sending this XBox special delivery at the very least with additional insurance paid?

Incidentally, hope you don't mind but I've changed the thread title to something a little easier on the eye spelling wise.
Apologies for the liberty.

Unfortunately spell checker wouldn't pick up the difference between 'to' and 'too' they are both spelled correctly, it's just the context that's wrong.....which leads me on to my ebay soap box topic.
I'm probably going to get shot down in flames for this but I'm going on holiday so I won't be around to take the flak
When I read ebay listings that are badly written, either with sloppy 'text speak', bad spelling and/or grammar I feel disinclined to buy from that seller because I assume that if someone can't be bothered to take a little time and care with the listing then maybe they're not going to take a little time and care with the rest of the transaction too.
I try very hard to keep reminding myself that there will be some ebayers that don't have English as a first language and mistakes will be made, but even so, if I was trying to write a listing in a second language I'd get the wording checked by someone who was fluent so my listing wouldn't let me down0 -
