have u bought an xbox 360 on ebay ? could u be my annoying buyer?

now this fool has bidded and won my 360,. options too pay is bank tranfer and by my mistake also nochex (which is a set image logo on the listing template so the buy thought it was nochex also. fair play),. so ok buyer wants too pay via nochex (im already making a loss) so i tell buyer too pay via nochex but i "advise" buyer too use bank tranfer as ill get the money quicker ,. he'll get the item quicker and save on nochex fees,.. and buyer will have too pay the fees,. he dont have a problem at this point 2 days later replys saying its too "fishy" that im advised him too pay by bank tranfer,. when i also told him too pay via nochex as long as he pays the fees!,. this has !!!!ed me right off as i told him i need the money to pay for my web server,. and he also replyed saying i keep changing my story ?!?! lord knows what hes been reading,.

i also said not too worry u will get ur item 100% i have sold a few high priced items and they have been paid via bank tranfer
,. instead he gose and looks at 2 neg FB out of 52 pos FB and says hes been put off by the neg FB,. (when 1 is over 2 months old) and another was a late item received due to royal mail not my fault,.

so too the point,. Are you out there in MSE world ??

I doubt your buyer is here.

Bank transfer is an insecure way to be paid... although I personally love it. This is probably why he doesn't want to use it; fair enough.

He should have checked your feedback before bidding. If he's thinking of backing out of the sale now, you're in the right.

I'm not sure you should be making the buyer pay your nochex fees, by the way.

If you don't allow him to do a mutual, he'll get a strike... your strike might be the one that gets him kicked off ebay.

Without being rude (PLEASE don't take this the wrong way, I do not mean this as an insult to you), your grammar and spelling are a little poor.

The buyer may have taken this as a possibility that you are a foreign scammer selling goods which don't exist, and is trying to get out of the sale.

Either that or THEY could be a scammer, who saw the nochex option and though "a-ha.... "

Anyway, don't accept the mutual and allow them to get the eBay non-payment stike.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

I was thinking the same thing. The spelling and grammar in the opening post are very poor. Get him a strike anyway

Leaving aside the grammar problems which may have worried the buyer, you cannot under any circumstances get the buyer to pay your fees for using nochex. If the buyer retains your emails he can report you to ebay and possibly get a warning on your account.

I rather suppose that if you go and try to NPB him he may well report you in turn, so bear that in mind when deciding what to do. Your two negs in only 52 transactions also suggest to me that you were very lucky to manage to sell your item anyway, a low feedback seller with poor percentage feedback and only offering insecure methods of payment would put off 99% of bidders.

You may want to stop and have a think about this before deciding how to proceed both with this sale and when you come to relist your item.

Sorry it might seem harsh, but ebay is a hard world and trying to sell with a poor record is not going to help with your sales at all. Another neg whether justified or not is going to almost certainly make your selling account unusable.

pretty !!!!ed off in the 1st post so it could be that,. but what i am starting too realize is when im typing,. i end up typing a random word,.. like this

who said anything about sent up fees?
    but i meant
who said anything about setup fees?

    which kinda confuses things,.
  • You said 'have u buyed a xbox 360 on eBay' in the title of your first post.

I am still confused as to why the buyer has to pay the Nochex fees.
