I received a voucher in the post for £5 off no minimum spend if you use your debenhams card.I bought a mini bottle of champagne for £8 so paid £3 on my card.so look out for those too if you have a debenhams card
  • "MSE UPDATE 11.15am Fri 5 Nov: We've heard rumours that Debenhams is now insisting the voucher's only valid when you spend £25. We're currently verifying if this is true and will update you here with full info."

Eeek! Hopefully jay-1 is correct that this is relating to another offer.

And tara thats amazing! Gosh i would be so scared about getting recognised and stopped at the doors with my bags full!

My mum originally found this offer, she said she bought some make-up on one occassion as well as some other bits, and a duvet on another occassion with a couple more things.. both times it seems the SA "failed" to remove the security tags they use and they went off beeping at the door and the security guard began asking to see receipts etc... she was so scared she was going to get caught with all these receipts saying voucher used, bless her!

Makes me think they forget to remove the security tags deliberately.. I saw a lot of people lined up against a wall the other day as i walked past, the security guard asking them to step forward one at a time as if it was a witness picking out from a line of criminals! :rotfl:

£284.00 worth (original price), after sale deductions reduces this to £131.40. Actual spend £11.20. :j
I have several items of Buckingham jewellery which count for most of 70% sale prices. These are to be sold at Christmas Fair with proceeds going to hospice.

I kept one bangle and one necklace which will do for presents. My other items, just for me, are 12 pairs of knickers, garlic press, dead sea magic soap and Ferero Rondo chocs (were for a pressy, but I got tempted - and they are yummy!).

Christmas gifts include Red Herring and Baylis sets, build a plane, baby dress, 2 x Top Trumps, Mrs Bridges chutney (might keep that...), and bottle Chilli Oil.

Just got the following email from debenhams:

Multiple vouchers have been requested to this and similar email addresses using a known loophole within Google Mail. This contravenes the terms of our offer of one voucher per customer and therefore the unique voucher code that has been issued to this email address has been cancelled and will not be accepted for redemption in store. If you have any questions please contact 08445 61 61 61

    Regards,
    Debenhams

I've redeemed all my vouchers already and don't see what they can do now but anyone else who used the googlemail loophole might want to use any remaining vouchers up quick!

I got that email too, although I had only used myusername+debenhams@gmail.com so I could redirect any email from them to a specific folder, I didn't receive multiple vouchers to the one address!

p.s. just totted up, I have spent £47!!!! That's actually more tha I thought, but it has been very good value. :)

As to the value of the goods - I have no idea, but lots of it was in the 70% off sale. I've used about 25 vouchers and I am knackered!!!!
