Have you checked on the price of replacement wing mirrors or resprays for your car
This is the normal outcome in parking disputes
For me this is a key point. Like when you pull into a space cutting someone else up in a public car park.
Now you get out and walk off, leaving your car unoccupied right in front of someone you've just pee'd off...Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
Is it a big van? Needs to be, to carry a troll and all his fishing tackle.
And you are ?
For your information, Im serious, as a tax paying citizen and a home owner I feel I should have a right to park outside my own property.
I don't see why people are 'offended' that people try and do there best to be able to park outside their house.
Lets say you're a tradesman, you are out all day long doing a 12 hour shift you come home only to find your neighbor 8 doors down has parked their motor outside your house forcing you park about 30 doors away and then having to carry all your tools up the road every single day, are you telling me you would smile and think to yourself -
" I would be annoyed at having to lug my gear up and down the street in the pooring rain, but those lovely folks are quiet within their rights god bless em" ....... :cool:0 -

Laughing at your anger to be honest. For your information, Im serious, as a tax paying citizen and a home owner I feel I should have a right to park outside my own property.
Maybe you should, but you don't.I don't see why people are 'offended' that people try and do there best to be able to park outside their house.
Could you not do better than physically threaten people who are doing nothing wrong in the eyes of the law?Lets say you're a tradesman, you are out all day long doing a 12 hour shift you come home only to find your neighbor 8 doors down has parked their motor outside your house forcing you park about 30 doors away and then having to carry all your tools up the road every single day, are you telling me you would smile and think to yourself -

Ah, I get it now, you feel that they should park 30 doors away as you are special?
As you appear to have the money and desire to buy vans to annoy anyone that disagrees with you, why don't you just move house?Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -

No, they should be able to park outside their own house.
Also, would please point to where exactly I have physically threatened someone ? , I don't recall typing that, thanks.
So just to clarify, you would have absolutely no issue with never being able to park outside your own home and having to park down the bottom of the street and in some cases another street altogether.0 -

You wrote that you get out of your car and shout at people till they move, what happens if they don't?
I've got a drive, I put one in, I park outside my house every time.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -

Nothing happens.
Can I just ask what you would think if parked straight outside your house blocking your cars on your drive ??0 -
Also, would please point to where exactly I have physically threatened someone ?I have had confrontations a few times now with neighbors,
I come home a few weeks ago and their was some clown in a transit van parked up with his feet on the dash, "MOVE" ..... he didn't want to at first, but I got out the motor and he soon pulled forward, aggression wins the day.Aggression does win out.
Have had a full on argument with a BT-workman who parked his van directly outside my house,
Again after getting out the car and getting in his face he soon moved his van.
These type of confrontations are classed as assault!
If some one feels that they are in danger of being assaulted, you as the agressor can be charged and convicted of assault, a CRIMINAL offence! Is it worth it?

That would be obstruction, and the police would have you move it or charge you!
Have you got a driving licence?
Maybe you should read up on the Highway Code.
