  • ;) Go on - let's get it done and then it won't drag into another week.
  • Yeah baby! 12000 questions of 13700 done...DH has been a superstar and has done everything today, leading to some interesting questions from DD1 about role swaps...all very healthy.

However...DH has now started his marking, and so I really need to get done, as if they crash into each other then we will need a housekeeper!!

  • So close. Nearly there hon and you will appreciate the money when it comes, but will you please take it easier when you finish?

I noticed one of my friends had marked 30,000 questions. Also a science exam. She always does it to pay for exotic hols though.

Hope MW goes well today, and you get some rest.

Well done GFH! I second Michelle though, please start taking it a bit easier now. When do you finish work? And when is baby due?

I knew a HOD who did loads of exam marking too, and she had young kids. She used to get up at the absolute crack of dawn and it also used to pay for their holidays. I really really wish I had the energy that she had, and you, and Earthgirl

I bet you finish this today, well done :T:T:T
    Updating soon...

I really don't have the energy! And you're looking after your little guy, that is exhausting!

I got full marks at the m/w, BP is 110/70 and sugar et.c. all ok. That's a miracle. She was telling me I'm going to have to be very firm to get a home birth. That's ok, I can do firm:rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks guys for your support, hope to be done tonight. Brain just stopped working at about 11pm.

Had a lesson ruined by a little toad who refused to leave today, no help was forthcoming for a whole hour. Pretty poor show, its not like I have called for help this year at all. Just goes to show it can still happen to the most experienced of us.

Found myself in floods of tears this morning on the phone to the vets, booking puppy's second jab, feeling really guilty that I was being unfaithful somehow to my old dog (who died nearly two years ago, aged 15...) I hope that's being pregnant and not just bonkers.

Work was mental today, even though I got in at morning break. Everyone seems to need to talk to me, like they have realised there is only a two week window to do it in.

So at lunchtime I had our fab TA telling me how chaotic my replacement's lessons were and asking me for strategies to help her/year 11s who really need to finish off coursework/my replacement who has somewhat unwisely given a whole class detention, with the whole class...all in my lab.

Madness. Still, no traumas from SIL department, so that's a relief. And got £13.50 in tesco clubcard vouchers. Yay! And NSD.
