My birthday today, got some lovely presents (not expecting anything really, given DH has so much going on at the moment).

DD2 unwrapped them all for me, carefully telling me before she unwrapped each one what was in it!!

Can't wait to get home and have the fire on, dinner in the aga and Dr Who! What a jet set lifestyle I lead...

Some prospect of snow today, there's a bit of a dusting on the moor and the most amazing scarlet sunrise you ever saw this morning.

Your DD is probably like my eldest DS and just getting really into wrapping. He helped me do my ebay stuff and a friends little ones birthday present, and then he wanted to wrap some cushions i had got on my sisters behalf from ebay. Far too keen. I'm sure he wouldn't be able to keep the secret either.

Hope you have a lovely day and are not disrupted by snow. It's cold but glorious here today. Lovely sunshine. I don't mind days like today.
