I'm doing an MA in education. Nearly finished and only my dissertation to go. It's a long winded pain the !!!. But that's down to my uni, they are very badly organised. Boo. That said its not really eaten into my day to day time. I've just done it in the holidays because its easier.

The M Ed does sound a lot of work, but for someone career minded i can see the benefit.

Oh and they said part of the reason I got my promotion was due to my MA, even though its not finished yet. They said it showed ambition and dedication to the job.

Thanks, we're not planning on moving again - so thinking long term and trying to reduce oil dependence.

Ballet this morning then between us we got washing done, lawn mowed, logs stacked, beds made/stripped/remade and vacuuming done.

I am back to marking as my oppo has crashed and burned and is nowhere near finishing hers - deadline yesterday - but 25% extra pay for this lot. DH has started his.

I think they are the same level just different approaches. I could be wrong though. And no, my uni offered it to me free. I'm doing mine independently of school.
