Went awol yesterday as DH on strike. Been doing high level negotiating with neighbour about scaffolding, and currently trying to get £350 off RRP of a woodburner - think I can do it??
Went to pub for lunch yesterday (supporting the local economy) would have gone on demo in Exeter - but not wanting to take baby in case of rentamob appearing.
And other news - I HAVE FINISHED MY MARKING!!!
Wondering if I should do an M Ed - I can do it for a thousand pounds and get the rest of the fees paid for, I may already have a few credits towards it from a management training course I did. Might have to save up!Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

Thanks. I grew up in a 1970s box house and parents had a chimney built so they could have a fireplace - it made all the difference - and made it easier to sell on, I think.

Well done on finishing the marking.
I'm wondering if you are not busy enough hon rennovating the home, looking after 3 small things, and working, and then you want to do the M Ed.
Up to you. Would you use it to go further in management? Or is it just for another project? Twinkle was doing one wasn't she, so maybe she has a constructive opinion. I'm amazed at all you can cope with.0 -
Thanks, it would be to go further in management. All the things I can't cope with would be nearer the mark.
Twinklie any hot tips?
The AS marking was a helluva lot of work for the money this year, too many wordy questions and too few calculations. Might give it the swerve next summer. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0
