kids about so 1 word answers. I'm due 15th Feb dodgy pelvis made a c-sec look likely but physio today things it's quite stable so I might be able to avoid the big knife yet :) I am actually immensly happy about that even if it means i could have 16 weeks left instead of 12. I have 4 weeks annual leave/flexi time so the plan was work to just before Christmas when we close until 6th Jan anyway then take flexi/leave untile 31st jan then mat leave. Think that will continue to be the plan as I am not keeping the best and seem to have to work from home more than i manage to waddle into the office.

  • avoid the knife avoid the knife avoid the knife vibes LP.

Pammy sorry I didn't answer you, the owners had the dog PTS after it had bitten one daughter so she'd needed casualty and then made an unprovoked attack on another daughter. Of course it was originally the fault of the training or lack of it, they showed the owners burying it in the garden, soo soo sad.

Well managed £15 for DIY bits, but the bunk bed is fixed and stable thanks to my Pa.

  • Bit of a result last night, Mr.S. only delivered half our shopping so came back later with the rest and a ten pound voucher.

    Yay!

  • Hiya greent you have done your bit for the baby boom yourself with 4, and your grocery budget is smaller than mine. Fair play to you!

Well DH was supposed to change DD1's expensive boots from Jones Bootmaker. Two months and the zip has come apart, not good enough. Everything seems to be packing up at the moment, but at least its not happening while I'm on maternity leave.

And I've lit the fire and its taken first time, yay!

I think I can count a NSD today.

  • Madness today, getting out of the house is so hard some days!

At the weekend we have to

    take DD2 to ballet
    look at a car
    stack a load of logs
put two coats of paint on a biggish bedroom

    aaarrrggghhh!

    Ferret racing tonight.

  • Have decided to shelve the car hunt until next weekend.

Jones the Bootmaker told DH that it was "our fault" DD1's boots had the zip come unstitched after two months (cost £50) because "we didn't buy boot trees with them" the cheeky ********s he prevailed, though and we got a replacement. Hoping the zip doesn't come apart on these too. I will never buy anything from them again, unless they put a big sign on their doors saying "we think selling boot trees means that the sale of goods act doesn't apply to us".

MIL is still not well. Worrying.

On the up side, got £26 of M and S vouchers from CC, £2 whole pounds of tesco clubcard vouchers and that coupled with the tenner from MrS makes £38 this week in vouchers from normal spending. Yay!

  • Well ballet done, watching Monsters Inc now, just to remind me of chess weekend! Not going to make it to look at the car, but starting painting after lunch.

DD1's ferret won last night so she won a tenner. Managed to spend £20, so not too bad and all in a good cause.

DH is trying to sort out the dishwasher, as it has a dodgy motor we think. And Dad has fixed DD2's bedroom window.

Reading this back I get a lot of help and spend a lot of money. The log man is coming today, too.
