  • Floor plan would be better, there are 5 doors off the kitchen, but how to get one on here?

Thanks MOOC. Just watched the one where they do big brother and the weakest link. CE is hot, no two ways about it!!

I have an item on ebay with 27 watchers...think it will sell?

Hassleous day, but lots of good admin type things done. mortgage free plan altered slightly.

COMMENTS PLEASE would you keep or get rid of the following if getting rid meant a bigger kitchen...

    1. pantry If kitchen big enough then you don't need it but I do have a thing for pantries
    2. laundry room Absolutely keep it !!
    3. back porch I don't get why people have these TBH they are a place for dumping magazines and wellies aren't they?
    4. the ability to hide cooking mess in a part of the kitchen invisible to dinner guests is this a utility room ? Also good for this also a dishwasher helps
    5. chimney breast with aga in Absolutely you must keep this!

See above....As you know you need to keep what works for you but also what would be seller bal <- I know this is spelt wrong but brain freeze on that word! Is it infact a proper word at all??

From a buyers point of view ( I know you're not selling ) I would love a kitchen big enough for table and chairs , breakfast bar, an AGA or similar within chimney breast , a utility room and a dishwasher..not much hey!

I'd too like to look at the drawings/ pics if possible. You're tennis court sounds massive :)
I can't be bothered updating this anymore

Create one somehow - electronically if you can or with a pen and paper and then scan it. Open a photobucket account - you can open one called gratefulforhelp if you want to preserve your anonymity - and upload your floorplan to it. Then it will give you a link you can put into a post here so that your floorplan will appear in your post. :)

    Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99

  • Thanks Lois. I haven't got a scanner, I guess I could draw one and then take a photo?

Item did well on ebay and pizza express vouchers arrived. Repayment of mortgage strategy is still in flux. Going to look for a woodburner for the dining room....

  • HI have just spent the past 2 days reading your diary and wanted to tell you what an amazing person you are, you just seem to manage to take control of and cope with everything that is thrown at you.
Good luck on your Mortgage free journey.

Glad your item sold well, makes the time spent listing it worthwhile! Am looking forward to the floorplan.

Blimey that's kind and I'm not sure I deserve it, but thanks:j

Been with the chimney sweep all morning catching up on the gossip (and getting chimneys here and at folks' house swept).

Then went into town, with puppy but without DDs since they have gone out for the day with their grandparents. It is radically hot and Devon is at it's best.

Have done some good financial stuff for the kids, posted ebay parcel and DH has done some good financial stuff for us and his sister.

Exhausted now, but will give some thought to this floor plan, though should warn you I lack the gene which provides any kind of spatial awareness...

Money, got £20 cash out for parking et.c., used MrT 5p 0ff voucher for diesel in the big car, bought 2 stroke oil and unleaded for lawnmower...£30 to sweep chimney.

eta oh and £90 for petroleum derivatives!!!
