HAPPY
BIRTHDAY
HONEY!Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -
I'm here. Just about. I feel ok if I dont move my head which is going to prove difficult!! I had a ball last night, everyone went to town in fancy dress. I laughed so much the tears ran down my face and my ribs ached. Everyone put soooo much effort into it, and everyone commented on my new hairdo and that I had lost lots of weight and that made my night
I danced the entire night, often on my own or with DS. DD fell asleep on one of the chairs and someone covered her up with a coat until my parents took them home at midnight. Bless her, she loved "mummy's dancing party!"
Tell you what, turning 30 aint half as bad as I was expecting!! I'm really glad I went for the big party, especially fancy dress, I would recommend it. Drank loads, danced too much to remember to go for the food (great since it was sausage rolls, vol au vonts etc). Have another family party to go to later at my mums, I have a really big family so there are going to be another 20 of us.
Will post back later. OH and I are dancing round lounge listening to a CD of hits of 1976 which came as part of a birthday card :eek:0 -
Aw it sounds as if you had a wonderful time last night, and carrying it on to day, that's lovely.
Gosh, only 30, you're nobbut a lass, as my Gran would say - and she should know, she's 104!!!!
Enjoy your dayI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

I know the weetabix seriously oaty porridge thick and hearty is a healthy extra. can anyone tell me if the golden honey one is as well. I have just checked the syns of both. the plain is 6 syns for a 35g sachet and the golden honey is 7 for a 40g sachets. so there's not a lot of difference. Now the mornings are quite chilly I thought I'd like totry some hot porridge other than readybrek.HOW MUCH ?0

I'm not 100% sure, but I think only the original flavour can be counted as a HEB. But there's nothing to stop you having that with a level tablespoon of golden syrup added and counting 2 syns for the syrup.
I'm with you, I don't think you can beat a nice bowl of warming porridge on a wintery morning, yum!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

When's Suggs back from his hols, it seems a while since we heard from him?
Rachel, your sweet potato chips do sound lovely, I love sweet potatoes done as chips so must give these a try.
KatiePC - an excellent idea to keep your hands occupied to avoid eating during the evenings. I'm impressed though at the thought of you making medieval clothes - do you use a pattern or what?I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
