oh my god. all my good intentions went out the window over the last 2 days. It start with a friend of my cousins buying me a box of flake chocs as a thank you. As my brother was staying with his family I opened them thinking that between the 8 of us I wouldn't get many. I managed 5. Then at chessington I bought 10 donuts at the end of the day. it was late and cold we were all hungry between the 4 of us i probably ate about 5. Then my brother bought a couple of pizza's when we got home and I had 3 pieces. So today I have got out my S.A.S log and I'm sticking to it like glue between now and weigh in so hopefully the damage won't be too great. My consultant has given us all a cardboard christmas tree and for every 1lb you loose you get a gold star to decorate it. the idea being your tree will have the full 9 stars my christmas. I only got 1/2 a star last week. so I wanted a whole one this week.HOW MUCH ?0

Yesterday I received a sample bar of the new flavour Hi-Fi bars - they are yummy!! One is mint crisp, half coated with a thin layer of dark chocolate and the other is rum and raisin, also half coated with dark chocolate. I'm afraid I shall need several more of each bar before I can decide which is best)though secretly I think the rum and raisin just has the edge).
They're coming out in a variey pack along with the mince pie flavour and I'm sad to say, it looks as if they are only going to be on limited sale for the Christmas season. Worth looking out for them though if you go to a class.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

I havent dared to step on the scales, I'm usually a "weight myself everyday girl". Only day 4 on the plan, but have stuck to it 100 per cent so far. A bit worried about the weekend.........but am cooking syn free chips tonight and chicken drumsticks and have allowed myself some syns for a glass of red wine toninght and some nuts! Yum
The Hi-Fi bars sound good, I saw them on the desk when I joined SW on Monday how many syns are they? Mince pie flavour sounds lovley (mince pies being a favourite of mine).

Hi-Fi bars are 6 syns each or can be used as a HEB - the chocolate orange is gorgeous and the cranberry and yoghurt. Actually, they're all lovely, but the new ones are extra, extra lovelyI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Morning everybody - where are you all? My body clock got me up at what turned out to be 6.50 this morning and I can't find anybody to talk too:(
Hope you've all remembered to change the clocks - what a job, it's taken me ages, and I'm sure to have forgotten one somwhere
Got these modern nursery rhymes sent to me yesterday, so I thought I'd pass them on, they made me chuckle:-
Mary had a little lamb.
Her father shot it dead.
Now it goes to school with her,
between two chunks of bread.
===============================
Mary had a little lamb
It ran into a pylon.
10,000 volts went up it's a*se
and turned it's wool to nylon

Simple Simon met a Pieman, going to the fair.
Said Simple Simon to the Pieman,
What have you got there?
Said the Pieman unto Simon,
Pies, you dipstick.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hi Consultant,
Great to see someone up so early this morning-but then I looked at the time of your post and feltMSE can't have put the clocks back yet as it's only 8.14 now. Have a great day.

I'm here ... I've just done my Rosemary sesh and was about to shower and get ready for work when I noticed the clock on Sky said 8 instead of 9 ... lots of headscratching before I realised I've narrowly missed phoning my boss an hour early (again) ... phew!
Lovely to have some light in the mornings, what a difference!0 -
I'm up too! Have been since 6am as the dog unfortunately doesn't understand the concept of turning the clock back and was bouncing on my head with his lead waiting for his walk.
Have just got back from the park and have had to bath the dog again - covered in grass clippings this time.
Yesterday I tried sweet potato "chips" made in the oven with a reduced cal sour cream dip - so yummy I had them for lunch and tea. Apparently free on a green day and the dip was 2.5 syns per tablespoon - not bad and felt very naughty! Feeling less bloated today - I think the booze from holiday is finally draining away!
It's a lovely day here and not too cold so am trying to think of something to do outdoors for a change.
Have a great day

mmmmm, sweet potato chip sounds good. I have hit on a way to avoid snacking this week - I've started sewing again! I can watch tv and eat, read and eat, listen to music and eat . . . .you get the picture.
but when i'm sewing i can't. I don't like getting food on my work, you can't thread needles with sticky or greasy fingers, it's really been good. And I've got loads done too. I'm making mediaeval clothes for the next re-enactment season, and so far I've got socks, cut and pinned an underdress and started retrimming my posh frock. Only problem is OH starting to get annoyed - I don't have a tailor's dummy and he's scared people will call round one night and find him wearing a dress while i pin it!
No sign of Honey yet . . . hope she's sleeping off a major party!0
