I like the Green Cleaning suggestion, it's actually cheaper to make your own 'green' cleaning products too (apparently, I've heard wonderful things about white vinegar and soda crystals!) so you can charge a little extra for the 'Premium' Green Clean but get more profit ;)

Good to hear the business start up is going well and you're enjoying the madness Dinah!

I didn't know that you got free dentist appointments after the baby is born Wendz! How long until you have to pay again?

    That's what I was thinking but I am a Grammar Nazi :o

Blimey Dinah were you saving all that up or what?! I *think* the Aldi is going in the indoor bit opp Boyes, they're knocking a few shops into one as far as I know. Haven't been to the new Forum no, would like to get back into swimming though now that there's a pool. Not mad on all the blue and yellow I have to say, takes away the building's uniqueness (detracts from its shippyness!)

Yes I think that's an inspired idea about the green cleaning, like Birdie says if you offer green and non-green you're covering the market :T

Like the sound of pomegranates in salads, I only ever eat them on their own.

Yes get yourself to the dentist quick sharp Wendz :money: Hope the jabs don't hurt Poppy too much!

For anyone thinking about trying for a bump soon (thinking of your Birdie) consider signing up to a company called 'medicash' (or another healthcare provider, Martin has a guide). I'm with them and they give you your money back for eye tests, glasses, contact lenses, dental, and a lump sum when you give birth - but you have to have been joined 12 months at birth. The lowest level is about £5 a month, but you only get £50 of optical and dental a year, so only really checkups, but the top level is £31 I think and you get about £300 of each plus £750 on the birth of the baby - a very nice cushion to extend maternity leave. You also get money if you have to go into hospital or if you want physio or reflexology or hypnotism or anything mad like that! I feel I'm missing out only using them for contacts and teeth!

I read something about that somewhere and thought, 'Ooooh must look into that!' then promptly forgot! OH has cancelled his health insurance as the costs were spiralling but I had a quick look when I first read about it and it looks quite reasonable if we get a joint thingy and I'd quite like things like my contacts covering... and the lump baby sum is a fab idea! :D

Ooh if we get a joint cover at £48 a month we can get £1000 when Jnr is born! Are they good when it comes to claiming for your eye care? Do you just send a receipt and get a cheque to cover it?

Really good apparently, I only joined a fortnight ago, but usually processed within 3 days according to most reviews.

I shall be showing OH the plan when he gets home tonight, think he'll be sold on it as he always gets big dentist bills and think he'll like the idea of the physio and sports massage for his 'still a bit knackered although he doesn't like to admit it' knee.
