Cork. It's a beautiful city and stunning scenery in the area. The people are also so amazingly friendly. And I had the best steak of my life there :D NIM may recommend somewhere else but for my money that's where I'd go, and because it's the second biggest city in Ireland you can fly there from most airports.

Anyone else with O2 broadband? How on earth have they managed to dissable their core router?! Can only access sites based on UK servers!

Point noted NIM, we'll avoid Dublin and head to the sticks (or Cork)! It's pretty far down the line though, not even sure when we'd be able to go. OH doesn't even know that I want to go! He doesn't know about me wanting to stay in the W in New York either... maybe I should show him the list and tell him to start saving!

Well done on the £10 a day challenge Dinah! How have you nearly cracked it in 4 days?!

OH was talking to my old boss last night at work and he misses me...ahhhhh! They're advertising for 2 positions to replace me which may explain why he misses me!

It's OH's driving test this morning (although I can't remember what time, I'm a bad wife!), I'm so nervous for him! Really hope he passes, I've got everything crossed!

Let us know how it goes, it'll make your life so much easier if you're not always the one driving and he'll find it opens up a whole new world of oppertunities.

Money arrived from ebay, mystery shopping, quidco etc. Usually it'd have hit in the previous month but because Feb is so short it arrived on the 2nd.

Do you have any more work yet or are you still twiddling your thumbs? (did you proofread your list? I only ask because I think you've got a mistype in the middle about the read 10 books as its sort of twice - you might only be at 100 things! Can't look atm as the site won't open but I remember thinking it last night)

Might make a start on my 101 Things list this weekend - mum, dad, grandad, brother and gf are coming for dinner Saturday, sounds like a good excuse to attempt number 29

Mum has asked if they can come 3 times this week, I've put her off as we were due to be out, but I've rearranged things.

Oh crumbs! I thought it was weird that I'd ended up with 102 things but I was changing them as I went so assumed I'd just added one too many! That was the stupid hinty thing that messed me up! Going to change it now, thanks for telling me!

This is my new manager's first day back today so we've just had a meeting and she's given me a list of things she's going to set me on so I may actually have some work this afternoon. Boring admin-y stuff, but it stops me from being too bored!

Still no news from OH, I have a feeling that his test was either at 11 or 11.30 so I suppose I just have to wait for a text!

Tis no issue, I love your family. But I like to look like the martyr of a husband sometimes :)

And I'm sure he'll do fine, Birdie, has he been practicing?

Hope your OH passed Birdie. Mine has been so much happier since he did but as we only have one car he is always stealing it now hehe.

Dinah - glad to see things are looking up with the moneymaking, sounds like you and NIM are doing a stirling job.

OH failed :( Think the nerves got to him, his driving instructor was in the back and told him afterwards that he'd never seen him drive so badly! He's not too upset about it but I think it's made him realise that he's not the awesome driver he thought he was and might actually have to try a bit harder at learning the correct way to drive rather than the 'old pro' style i.e. bad habits he adopted from the off, despite my warnings that he'll fail if he does that! I bought him a chocolate doughnut on the way home which did a pretty good job of cheering him up!

Not long now 'till the weekend begins! Has anyone got nice plans?
