    Round here doing that seems to be the main cause of traffic jams. People not noticing the lights have gone green. I've even seen cabbies doing it. GRR

    As everyone knows cabbies need not obey any of the rules of the road.;)

    Lol, more minicabs than proper hackneys tbh. I think minicabs should just be banned, none of them seem to be able to drive properly. Either learn to become a proper cabbie or don't bother.

    Can you do that? I thought you had to be in a Metropolitan District to be able to do the knowledge?

    Yeah there are proper hackney cabs that you can hail, and mincabs you have to book everywhere. The tests and things I imagine are different to in London though.
