I am demanding proof, terry troll is saying its freely available on the net, my mate google cannot find it, so as he has these links already it would be quite easy to find for him to post it here, we've been asking him since he's been here!

And while we are on the subject of links, can you provide some where I buried my head in the sand, I am intrigued

Terry? he went offline when Stigy came online.

    Rolls eyes....

As already stated, PPC employees are great at avoiding facts and turning truth into lies

    Fact? Nope.

    You have no power whatsoever.

I have studied law years back for 4 years, and know the legal rights of any person and someone stopped by someone with power, to which you do not.

If you stopped me and I refused, what are you going to do?
I'd not only walk away, I'd report you to the Police for MUTIPLE offences you have stated you would/have committed.

    FACT
    Fact? Nope.

Strange that, after dealing with 100s of Private Parking Invoices the last year and all of which I have successful got the clients off, can you comment on that, Stigy?

Facts are facts, do your searches, as PPC's have no law on their side, get use to it :p
Fact? Probably not. As I keep saying, my job is safe even if private parking companies become a thing of the past.

Very interesting how one avoids all questions put to them and attempts to result yo childish behavior

I am not the one posting here the best part of the day, that a side I still have no doubts your claim you work for a PPC and must have had someone pay a invoice, therefore feeding your pocket by extortion.

Your job isn't safe, if it was, the Private Parking companies would be making money, which there not and it has been slowing down for a while now, along with that you have no status in law, how do you think a PPC will ever last?

You might be able to bully an old lady, threaten the unaware, but I know far to much and I will continue to disrupt money extortion by making as many people as possible know that invoices you issue on a daily basis's are not enforceable, already over 500 leaflets put on cars parked at three railway stations, only a matter of time before they start laying people off, on that note, read up on the bylaw regarsd littering, something your job role also entails

Must feel lonely with being the only poster claiming a invoice can be enforced - have to say, Terry does post much more interesting statements these days.

Shame really as they can't provide any evidence that invoices can be enforced, to which we know they can't and it's getting boring entertaining the local PCSO wannabe :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Now folks, who wants a Railway track for Christmas?!

Comes complete with Bylaw sheet and signs reading 'No littering' therefore, rather confusing as issuing invoices could be viewed as 'littering'

Messrs Arthur and Terry = Peternet = cordelia (CAG) = Peter Haswell from UKCPS. They all spout the same nonsense about finding these mythical CCJs via Google

Ok, this might go straight over your head again, so I'll spell it out for you. I do not work for a Priavte Parking Company.....I work for a Train Operating Company. My job is very safe.

Sassy, I think you're mistaking "fact" for your opinion. Fact.

By your own admission, you stated that you had studied law years back, for 4-years. In other words you have no idea what you're talking about, otherwise, you wouldn't be so inacurate and ill-informed.

    Perhaps he is David Brent

and I'd like to say I don't work for Stigy, as a matter of fact I'm actually on holidays sunning myself on a beachfront, I do like to be beside the seaside.

When and if the clamp bill is passed I'm sure the loss in revenue will be made up with even more diligent pursuit of payment from people wilfully breaking the contract conditions they agree to before entering a carpark. The govt has no intention of legislating out PPCs, you only have to read parliamentary transcripts to know they want the council's to do the hard yards under existing legislation.

I can't believe those here in the legal practice haven't actually produced the CCJs and transcripts to prove me wrong. I even gave you the number of one to search.
A stitch in time means you can't afford a new one.

When the clamping bill is passed it will still mean the ppc tickets are no better than bog paper, and the breaking of made up rules will still mean that there is still no loss to the ppc, how can there be in a free car park ?

Also regarding all these ccjs you claim are out there, provide links, its not difficult as google, yahoo, and msn doesn't find them! I wait with baited breathe.

Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
