Maybe so but how do we explain an alleged 2011 claim produced using MCOL generating an incorrect fee of £15 ???
Is it different for organisations to individuals ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

MCOL says :- "Court fee(s)
A sum of money payable to the court to issue any process, including a claim. Fees are payable at most stages of the claim process. Although fee remissions are available to eligible parties they are not available on MCOL.
Surely if anyone would benefit from a reduced fee it would be an individual as opposed to an organisation ?0 -

Not at all, if I prove to be fake I will give you any amount you request. In fact I will drive round to your house and pop it through your letter box in cash if that is what you want. Maybe then you would believe me?

The wager is not for money, it's more to do with is this a real, my instinct says it's not, but you are keeping two threads alive on here and one on pepipoo with this, with advice from there being where your attention should be and not here.
