  • LLoyds card through HSBC are now closing all my accounts not just my Current account due and I quote "unhappy about transaction transfering through my accounts" i.e accusing me of money laundering

Are they talking about transfering money from accounts in your name or to other people.
  • they didnt specify but I assume in my own name

If it in your own name then there should be no problem if you are transfering the money from one account in you name to another in your name.
  • I think what they have a problem with is me paying in a large sum of cash ie £400-£500 then transfering this to another bank account still in my own name but not HSBC

Thats does not sound like you have done anything wrong to me.
  • Thank you I have to agree. Their actual full quote is "The bank was and remains, unhappy with the operation of your accounts during the period of existance (first I have heard about it) This operation includes the transactions passing through your accounts" Does this sound like they are accusing me of money laundering and is it even worth my breath complaining to the FOS ?

That could mean anything they could be talking anything not paying enough money in your account every month, charges and going over your overdraft.

I do not think they are talking about money laundering.
  • Fair enough I suppose the only way of them actually giving up the full information of the exact transactions is a SAR request which I know is £10 however they have other details incorrect on my credit report which they say are correct is it £10 per request (for both accounts) or £10 in total

It will be one SAR request to HSBC for all the information that they hold on you which should include both accounts.

If it is one request then I will add my other 8 accounts on and ask for all the paper work and statements should keep them busy
