  • I treated myself to a lovely long shower this evening, a whole 25 minutes!!! During that relaxing time I did alot of thinking, I tend to say am going to do things then not continue, it's no good and I decided to wash away the unorganisation and start fresh!

    Good for you! :T

But try not to get disheartened if you ever start something and don't finish it. Don't let it stop you from trying again. It's only a blip. :)

  • Well today has been an interesting one, I have found a couple of letters from blackhorse regarding ppi of an existing loan. I claimed for the ppi and even though I still have the loan, I wanted to cancel the ppi and receive payment of what's already paid, now this mist have been through a really bad period of me as I have received the first letter which states that they were going to pay me over £1500 and then the final letter informing me that they have transfered the money into my bank account, it's states just over £900 payment. I have checked my bank statement and it's for that amount not the original amount. Now do I write to them or have I not got a case? I could really do with that money! I wonder if they have even paid me the exact amount I am owed for the whole amount i've already paid? What do I do? What do I do? Xx

How long ago were the letters received? Did they say the figure would decrease if you didn't respond in a given time? Xxx

Just had a thought - you didn't go through a company who specialises in reclaiming PPI, and that this missing money could be their fee?

Definitely query the ppi payment, it seems weird that it is less than they told you it would be. There's no harm in asking!

Will check in the morning, I can't remember off the top of my head. I did respond on the day I received the letter. Xxx
