Was a shame. The £500 was real it just wasn't mine!

Have chased this morning on the refunds for my flight - even if I only get the tax element back that's £480, £800 if I get the full amount.

Payday on Thursday though so hoping to push below 1K then.

Unfortunately I spent all my pub wages this week on new clothes for work. Was a necessary spend though.

Ah boooo:( ! It was my payday today i have just paid the creditcard off just need for it to clear and get the intrest worked out then il be able to close it once the balance is settled. It wouldnt let me pay over what was outstanding to cover the intrest! hopefully oh bonus is this month at some point yay them numbers look good x

I've just paid £50 towards the flight money I owe my Mum, but that will probably be it till payday now.

I heard from my travel agent yesterday - he has managed to get £175 of my flight money refunded. I've told him I will take that and he is going to send me all the details of the other costs as I am going to continue to argue this with the airline. I don't give up that easy!

Thanks bec, i would like to see more of it disappear quicker, just waiting for ohs bonus this month so fingers and toes crossed my paydays consist of overpaying overpaying but it needs to be done i dont want to lapse! x

Payday today :j

£210 paid to my brother and £340 paid to the flight money borrowed from my Mum. Unfortunately doesn't take me below the 1K mark yet as I haven't included the one-off debt with my Mum in my total.

When the flight refund comes through that will clear that last of that debt and then I can crack on with clearing the last of the original debts

I don't think it will happen in Feb but with a final push I'm hoping that I will be able to say that my DFD is March 2013 :j

Refund has come through so I've paid of the last of the flight money to my Mum. I've also managed to give her another £30 towards paying off my original debt with her.

I'm going to concentrate on the debt with my Mum for this month, see how far I can get it down during February.

Need to send an email and complain about the boots I bought - there's a hole in the sole after a week and they weren't exactly cheap! I'm going to send photos, see if I can get round sending them back.

Fortunately the new running shoes I bought at the same time are working out well, although unfortunately that means no excuse not to go running :rotfl:Went 3 times last week, going to try for the same this week.

Spent most of the weekend crocheting - must get these orders finished!
