  • Did you look anymore at selling your photos?

I find it's really hard trying to raise extra money eh?!

I'm doing a car boot sale on Sunday so hopefully that will bring in some extra and been trying to promote the Wedding Stationery business although I think it's the wrong time of year for it at the moment...:o

Just looked at the site from your diary - the invitations are beautiful. :)

I sorted through many 1,000s of photos but still have many 1,000s to go. Might look at getting some printed and for sale before I finish sorting otherwise I might never get there!

I'm also waiting on an agent getting back to me about selling a set of them, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up on that in case it doesn't happen.

I find I can hit the £10 from my extra jobs but find it hard to motivate myself for other things, like surveys and ebay. I set myself up for £15 this month but not sure I'm going to hit it :o

    It's definitely hard work, I agree! :)

    £42 to the loan :)

Got to make myself settle down to creating a proper meal plan ready for Nov. We tried it for the first time in September and managed to get our monthly spend down from £100 to £70 so we really should do one again.

  • Well done on another loan payment, I don't know how you do it!

I keep saying that I'll write a meal plan but I always forget and to be honest when I do plan it I never fancy eating what I've planned to cook! :p

A few people have said that. I must be lazy - I quite liked not having to think about whether I fancied it and just eating it! :D

I also really struggle with ideas for what to take in for lunch so liked the fact it was all planned to include leftovers for lunch.

    Another % gone :T

I am glad your dentist visit wasn't as bad as you expected, you are braver than me....I am still putting it off!

Have you started planning your travels for when you are debt free? I think you are allowed to now as it's only a year away ;)

Funnily enough I did say to OH the other day that we need to start thinking properly about this and how much it will cost, especially as if we can we both want to apply for redundancy so we need to think about timings too.

I have a feeling though that it will be me doing most of the work and him just agreeing - he is useless at planning these things! :D

    £10 to the loan :)

Working Saturday and Sunday so a few more pennies to the £15 challenge, not sure I will hit target though.

Got my Mum coming round tonight and she's said she'll get us a pizza so I'm really looking forward to that :)

Right, really must go and finish that meal plan...........

    £48 to the loan :)

Although I worked both days the wages weren't ready when I left so guess they'll have to go towards the next challenge. I came in at £348 so will have to try harder next month!

Went to a Halloween party on the Saturday night which was good and then had some friends round for dinner last night, which was great too.

It's been a while since I worked both days of the weekend and forgot how much I hate 7 day weeks :( Got Wednesday booked off though this week for mine and OH's anniversary :)
