Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Morning all
Happy Birthday Macpep - eat cake, drink fizz and have a great day
Helped my friend prepare for her school meeting. Any spare good luck vibes for her getting a place for her DD at another school greatly appreciated.I have just had my annual phone call from my local councillor to invite me on the annual river clean, which long standing Flyladies will remember I've done before!
( I accidentally went waist deep one year *shiver* and drip dried...:rotfl:)
BUT I was supposed to go to the LSB's and meet the parents tomorrow. I can do that anytime - I can only river clean (with support) once a year so I hope he'll be understanding...the river clean is SERIOUS flying and my annual *put a bit back into my local environment* thing. Oh and we get fish'n'chips for lunch, free:money:
Vanilla - hugs for poor Rhys
Going to make the topping for the Pandowdy

Vanilla - sorry to hear about DS1, I hope he will be better soon.
Hellyboo - GOOD LUCK!!!!
Well, the gas man came to do the meter and he said he would fit a slow one!:rotfl::rotfl:
He also recommended that I had a new condensing boiler put in as mine is rather old (over 20yrs!). I am in receipt of DLA and incapacity benefit so I should be able to qualify under the Warmfront scheme.
Has anyone any experience of their boilers? I have heard some iffy reports about Warmfront recently.
I'm part way through the bathroom but feel the need for a cuppa so will continue after that

well got paid today and have reduced my overdraft
so instead of it being at £2200, its now at £1900 and will be reduced even more next payday. hopefully i will have it cleared before he gets home, i suppose if we did need to postpone the wedding at least i wouldnt have an overdraft and just my credit card to worry about.
right off to do some flying, have made a loaf of bread so far this morning. made the dough last night and left it to rise overnight and its turned out ok.
