ive been productive-ish today.....
made xmas spice biscuits (and eaten a few) 2 loads of laundry done, my to do list written up, washing up and made a start on sorting L's clothes.... oh and i got a lie in and had time to shower oh and lunch and a coffee too...... Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

i do....
100g butter + 100g caster sugar - crem together till you cant be bothered anymore
add pinch salt (if you remember), 225g flour, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp ground cinnamon or however much you like, i was liberal... recipe doesnt include it but i chucked in some ground ginger too... then eg yolk and 2 tsp cold water.... mix to dough, chill in cling film in fridge for 30 mins/till you cant wait anymore :)roll and cut out and bake 10 mins, gas mark 6....
according to recipe it makes 24 but ive got 30 left now (out of a possible 36 :rotfl:)

Good news here my big car passed its MOT!!! it failed on 2 headlight bulbs that were replaced and then passed. I am very happy!!!!
