Afternoon all. We've been swimming

Izzy is very tired, but revitalised a bit with a yummy sandwich. Now I need her to go to sleep, so I can get some stuff done. Or possibly have a sleep too.

Joe skipped a grade and is now the owner of a white belt with 3 green tabs. He is very happy. :A

Alex however is now in the bath as he is a dirty minger!

Back from work. I'm so tired! Felt low anyway and lack of sleep makes me feel a whole lot worse

Charlotte seems better now and is wanting to take the dogs for a walk.

sm, i kind of gave up lol. But i have bought a sports bra and some exercise leggings to encourage me to start again

well my friend has been. its not good unfortunately. she was diagonosed with chronic lung disease earlier this year and when she went for a check up, the meds they put her on arent working like they should be. she is off to see consultant next week and looks like she will have to be on oxygen. and she has a lump in her breast and is going for a mammogram. her Dr has said the prognosis is not good.

she's only 42
