Thanks EA. I have been using dentinox cc shampoo but it doesn't seem to be helping ATM. Might see if I can request some oilatum bath from docs, kinda wana avoid an appointment as the 5 times I took T when they wouldn't believe his milk allergy I was waiting between 1-2 hours!

When i washed her hair with it i used a baby brush to kind of massage it into her scalp, her hair is quite thick so it had to get through that.

For cradle cap i used a few things and then one night it annoyed me so much i had the oil out and a nit comb, i carefully pulled it through her hair and didnt have a problem after that!!! a bit extreme but i did try a few things!

for cradle cap ... philip picked it all off .. honestly jayden sat there while daddy picked it off *shrug* x

Pre-baby - great! No periods, easy peasy

Then somehow I fell pregnant while on it (ho hum, the odds are there)

Back on it again now and have been for about 3 months - I haven't stopped spotting since and am going to hang off another month (if I can) before asking for a swap.
