    Hi all..

:bdaycake: _party_ :D Happy birthday to Henry and Isla :D _party_ :bdaycake:

We've had a visit from one of the parent engagement workers from the local Surestart centre (which we've never been to!) this morning. They wrote to me a few weeks ago, saying they had a "18mth care pathway gift" for Rhys - it's one of these :D It's one thing we've not bought him cos the physio has one that he gets all excited about when she visits (only thing exciting about her! :p), so he seems very happy he's got this one to keep! ;) She didn't really have much else to say, just said they were there if we wanted them but she wasn't going to pressure us to go :)

We got up at 9am, had brekkie then Rhys started his lengths of the hall and living room (about 40ft in a straight line) with his walker. He must have done 20odd (with me helping with the turns then dashing off to do something before he reached the end again!) until he stopped at his pushchair and collapsed in a heap :rotfl: Five mins later, he was asleep! Woke up while the PEW was here, had lunch, rubbed his face lots and now he's back asleep again!

I'm trying to have a bit of a blitz (how is yours going, CAFC?). Cleaned the washing machine earlier - it was gross _pale_ :o

*hugs* for all who need them xxx

its 3 years today since my nan died ... miss her loads and had a dream about her dying again she was saying something to me but could work it out so woke up crying ... so philip made me breakfast in bed to cheer me up ..

im ok though just emotional ...

    how is everyone? x

  • Katie followed me into the kitchen as I was putting the offending pizza in the oven and asked for a cuddle and said sorry.

Caz - warming vibes for your sore back ~~~~ boo to DH for going out.

Beccles - definitely silly rules, I got quizzed as to why Katie had a jab outside of the normal clinic, she'd missed her original appointment as she was ill, and it was already late.

Elle - that's a lot of lengths! Yay for free toy.

Hugs for Caz and SM :grouphug:

    That's lovely MDW :)

My small girl is still being a horror, although I'm grateful that she usually reserves the worst of it for when we're at home and is lovely out in public. She was very cute at her music class this morning, patting another baby on the head saying something that sounded like gentle doggy, gentle doggy :rotfl: She then had a long pushchair snooze, got home and she has screamed till my head aches, thrown food around, agitated for boob that she's not getting and acted up so much that I'm using the square babysitter (Ivor the Engine DVD) to give me a bit of peace :o

Edit: Last call for Scottish builders' conference delegates to make requests for German imports.

Erin went for her 12 month jabs yesterday. OH was off so he took her but I got a phone call while she was in with the nurse because apparently they need my permission for them to do the jabs and daddy's is not good enough!

At work today but I'm the only one in the office :j got my music on and, despite being on here, still getting loads of work done :p
