caspie - we only started "sleeping through" last week due to Finn finally dropping his middle-of-the-night feed! So take what other people say with a huge grain of salt. Also, it's not the end-all be-all of life, either
.
Well done GISI! How funny that H used to be such a milk monster and now has just dropped it all on his own. We'll still be going for a while yet here, but I'm totally happy with that.

Morning all. We're off to soft play today
Going to try out a differrent one so we can work out were to have a second birthday party. We have decided to go for less stress rather than saving money this time.
And with any luck I will get a nap in this afternoon because we are going out tonight :j. Considering the last few nights i've been ready for bed at 9 with a nap i shouldn't imagine we will be out for long, but stillOh, I forgot to say, Ben got this weeks MOTM football trophy! Yippeeeee!!!

Thanks Aless. He is now a food monster instead. He still has a cup of cow's milk morning and afternoon as I haven't fed him in the day for a while .ladybirdintheuk wrote: »Morning all. We're off to soft play today

This is a stupid question (and prolly a bit late now that I'm going back to work next week), but is too weird to just turn up to soft play on your own? I always thought it was a place you go to meet with other people.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

GISI we're going to kids2day.
Aless we would go as a family, but I'm not sure I'd go just with Izzy. It is more fun if you can go with someone else though - I think it would be best going with another couple, then you can take turns to go in and play and gossip.Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

I take Miss M to soft play by myself - she enjoys it far more than I do, and I would like it more if I could have a rest from time to time, but it's still fun for her and her having fun means I have fun too.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

woohoo I actually have time to post
had a hard time keeping up at the mo so just taken to lurking and skimming through.
Some of you might remember T got bitten at playgroup last week, well the same little girl made a beeline for her again yesterday and actualy came over to her withnher mouth open:eek: So I picked her up quick time. Anyhoo was looking around for LO mummy and buy the time I spotted her she was telling her off for biting so dont know if she got someone else or someone spotted her going for T. Anyhoo her mum knows and is doing something about.
T isnt sleeping through here either and still wakes 3 or 4 times a night for a feed/cuddle. We had a first this morning too, she woke in her cot and was making little happy noises which she normally only does if she wakes in our bed with me, she normally just whinges, so a small step forward.
GISI - yeay for dropping BF without drama, am hoping this will be the same.
Always - hope you can find a good double pushchair solution, which P&T did you look at? the girls at work say the Britax BeDual is good/popular atm, but I dont have a clue about it!
aless - that was my though on soft play too.
Was reading about some of you going to Rhym Time so had a look into it, why are all our local libraries Rhym Time on a Friday morning while we're at playgroup?
Well we now have a working looand the waching machine repair man has just been but it needs a part
so looks like another week sans washer/dryer!

Thanks - I just wasn't sure if it would look a bit lame (like I didn't have any friends - which I don't
) to be there on my own...kinda like sitting in Starbucks on your own.
