I'm not saying anything - it's OH making the assumption that nothing else could cause me to feel sick.Susan.....I hope you're saying what I think you're saying xAny question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

Awww NMS.
I had no previous knowledge of eczema before D so it was a steep learning curve. You have my utmost sympathy for living with it constantly (((HUGS))). The one thing children wear out faster than shoes is parents

Evening lovelies.
I'm really sorry to hear that there are still loads of poorly bubbas and mummies on here. I hope folks feel better soon.
I feel the kind of well you only feel when you've been ill and run down for a while, if you know what I mean?! I have loads of energy, which is good since I've had a rubbish day at work. H is ultra adorable at the moment as he now gives kisses, and will tell what noise a cat makes now, as well as a dog
.
I hope Theo's new milk agrees with him, kitkat.
:jFor D's win Hammy. It was the first thing I saw on FB tonight and made me
. When is D's birthday? H's is the 19th and I can't believe it has come round so quickly.
No more ASOS orders here today, so I'm still waiting for two. I'm also waiting for an Amazon order that has taken forever, and I really want it!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

Tia, I hope they figure out what's wrong with Amber and she gets better soon.
Kitkat, what a bunch of divs. It's a good thing T has a mummy who knows when something is wrong.
Caz, very impressed by all your baking. Yummy.
Rather cheesed off, as the woman who was meant to be doing baby massage never showed up. There wasn't anything to say it wasn't on, so I don't know if we'll bother going next week. Spent the rest of the afternoon sorting and pricing books, which is going to keep me occupied for ages, as there's hundreds of them.

I am so pleased to hear you are feeling a bit brighter :A
They are at such a brilliant age now
H sounds adorable! D knows that a duck says quack :rotfl:. I guess him having ducks in his bath has paid off - educational as well as fun
. He is 1 on the 17th - where has the time gone? The one thing children wear out faster than shoes is parents

Evening all. I've not read back, but I hear Amber needs gentle huggles again

I'm quietly plotting next years holiday - anyone got any recommendations for places to stay? - self catering, preferably with kids activities on site (I'm thinking caravan park type place) and cheap and cheerful
Preferably within driving distance of the sea, and within a few couple of hours from Hampshire. (the lakes will have to wait till she is bigger).

Evenin all
Just want to say thanks for last nights super quick answer to my small panic. I was lying in bed and wondering where else there would be such a response :j. I have made C an appointment on Wed and will let ya know how it goes.
Can I have a proud Mummy moment and say how wonderful C was at the party? After 5 weeks of clingyness/Seperation anxiety/whatever you want to call it, last night she walked round to anyone who was lookin with her arms up for hugs and kisses and attention. Some of them she has only seen 3/4 times in her little life. I was so so pleased with/for her
. Pics on FB is my next job.
Massive hugs and thoughts for Tia and Amber - get better quick
Bigs squeezes for all the other poorly babies and Mummies.
Good luck to Kitkat and NMS for new milks
Just a general happy vibe for GISI (not posted since it all began)
Good luck for Susan (and you do make me laugh with the flying saucer description)
Erm - can't remember much else - oh glad Lily is doing ok so far...
And Bruno - kick some a s s
Oh oh oh forgot - MDW - glad you happy with the outcome and hope things work out for you
Everyone else is also being sent a general hug and a big smile just for the sake of it xxxMy baby girl :kisses3: September 09 :heartsmil0 -
Center Parcs Longleat is ace, Ladybird. We took H this year and he loved the pool and all the wildlife in the forest. It's not cheap, but you could get a chalet for less than £300 off peak I would think. It's only an hour from here.
We're also a big fan of the Isle of Wight
. I could recommend loads of places to visit over there and the best thing is that the it's a ferry ride rather than a long drive which is all part of the adventure!
Thanks Hammy. I knew H and D were close together but I didn't realise they were that close

Evening everyone,
Ladybird, have you looked into haven, i've been twice but been unlucky with the weather both times, but the place and caravan was nice, first time i booked through sun holiday so was v cheap and the second time i booked through daily mail holidays and paid a little extra to upgrade and ended up in a v nice caravan all for less than £100 for 5 days. Its worth booking through the newspaper tokens I think especially while LO is small enough to not need to worry about school holidays as normally they are term time dates x0 -
Aww what a lovely post Jam x I wouldn't even be aware of it if it wasn't for this site and scrutinise all photos of T and my friend's children now! There was a story recently about a child who was diagnosed because one someone seeing her picture on facebook. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about in C's case definitely worth getting checked out.
Ladybird - is Torquay too far away? It's a lovely place and one of my favourite holidays when I was younger was there.Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0
