    aahhhh....peace and quiet.

when did Kian get so vocal. Have spend the morning bringing him in and out of the kitchen for food/drink/fromage frais then to the window so he could see the factory workers on their break (he likes to wave at them) then up the stairs to have a play, back down and then 10mins ago up to bed. He's getting me to lift him up and then he holds his arm out in the direction he wants so go. is very cute but tiring lol!! s'pose its a bit clever too...

3, what about Marc Jacobs Daisy?

Thanks ladies - I now have somewhere to start! I may go up to Boots to have a spray. :D

I'm in a bad mood today with OH . After his 4 nights over the weekend he's off now until tomorrow evening. I left him to sleep Monday until he was ready to get up.
Tuesday V got me up at 5.30, so I got up with her thinking it might be my turn for a sleep in today.
Today V got me up at 7 but he either slept through it or pretended to sleep through it so I got up again. Now he's up and sniffing so no doubt he has man flu coming on and he needs his sleep. Ar5e!
ETA: And he moans that I always fall asleep on the sofa before 10 at night!

Oh yeah forgot to say WM yes i did get those ebay things the table isn't as good as our leapfrog one but the pushchair walker is amazing and Roxy ;) walks all over the room with it, as it doesn't go too fast unlike her previous one!!

Awhh Cute. Alex won't push a walker round the room (except on his knees), but has great fun in shoving the dinning chair around and scratching the laminate.

    Can anyone suggest a perfume?

    Lacoste Touch of Pink.

Spent most of the night in the spare bed with poorly Alex. Lots of coughing, snotting, spluttering and wimpering, and then a good three wacks in the face from his fist which was holding hid dummy. Nice!

Even though OH and i are still not talking, he still manages to infuriate me. His weirdo OCD ness is now doing my head in. He keeps telling Alex off, for taking toys out of his toy box to play with. Yesterday everything got thrown back in and the box slammed onto the table out of the poor babies reach. !!!!!! he is a child and children play with toys. He gets about half an hour to play at home in the evenings, let him play and just put them back when he has gone to bed. I hate, hate, hate him and I hate being there. Sigh.
  • EA very cute, even at t's age he has started typing on the keyboard on the desktop.

beckyandjack hope you got some sleep, I have had many nights like that where just wouldn't sleep. In the night now after a feed me and DH put in him the cot, turn off the light and ignore him (not usually crying just unsettled) he usually settles himself in the end!

The dumb mum award goes to me this morning as thought had t's 8 week check up plus 1st jab today got to docs b4 9 which is quite an achievement and discovered his appt was yesterday, now the next time they can do it is in 2 wks time!

Seriously  at my child. She is back at nursery today and has been arguing with me all morning about what SHE wants to wear, and I said "You'll wear whatevers clean and doesn't need ironed" "Oh but I want to wear this and this with tights and these shoes" Well tough luck! And now, she is applying bright red lip gloss and white nail varnish.

    VAIN MUCH :p

((Hugs)) WM. My ex oh sounds very similar! When J was a baby he'd be tidying toys away as soon as J got them out! It used to drive me insane. He had a proper OCD thing about kids toys shouldn't be in the living room! Were we supposed to lock the children and their toys in a cupboard out of sight? :rotfl:
(Yet another reason he's my Ex!)

Now, for most of the day, the living room is a mess, but once V is in bed, it's very quick to throw the toys into the toybox and quickly hoover so we have a tidy room for adult time.

Thanks for all the perfume ideas, i'm making a list to take to Boots with me where I can have a spray. I'll be stinking!

ETA! :rotfl:Buttons! When L was younger, I used to let her choose her own outfit if we weren't going out in public!, and i'd choose if we were going out.
She's not to bad now and normally chooses well - even though she's going a little bit mosh!

Well I relented and let her wear tights with a dress, but now she is giving me aggro about which shoes she is wearing, insisting she is wearing sparkly pumps, I was like no, the grass is wet (shes back atnew nursery today yey only a 2min walk) so now her compromise is "I will wear my boots TOO nursery and you bring my sparkly ones to change into"

Oooh mosher!! I bet she looks cool though :D
