When I was looking into it everyone on here said pretty much until they were mobile.Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0

Caitlyn was in her jumperoo until about 1 year... And it still wasn't on the highest setting... Although she is a little titch...
Well done on the pottying PP
And in other news, Aimee saw my belly move today, she was most impressed
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Evening all..
My thoughts are with twoflower
I emailed our nurse yesterday to ask about the trigger points for a speech therapy referral and she said they don't refer here until a child is three years old! I wasn't worried, just curious
Until three, we're just to do all the usual - reading, running commentary of what you're doing and repeating words over and over. I wrote a huge list last night of all the things Rhys understands so there definitely doesn't seem to be any problem with his hearing or understanding, it's just the repeating the words back... For now, I shall enjoy the peace
We have a letter today for an appointment with the orthotics department. Unfortunately it's while we're on holiday so need to get it changed. They're going to make Rhys some proper walking shoes in dinky size (as Clarks don't cater for dinks!)
I'm shattered.. didn't sleep well last night, and then spent most of today sorting out a stupid situation created by a stupid socially-inept bloke at work (who wrote something very offensive in the "congratulations on the birth of your baby" card for a colleague!
). Time for tea..
Hope all the poorlies feel better soon xx
ETA: Sami, I just got you 11 SBs with "must help Sam"!

Yippee for kicky babies!
I've just ordered lots of Cath Kidston loveliness from Amazon using some of my freebie Amazon vouchers. It is half the price on there compared to in the shops so I feel like I got loads for my money.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

Isn't it silly how small things can really cheer you up. I've felt really low and teary all day (a bit morning after the night before-ish I think!), not helped by being sooooo tired and having T in such a bad mood...but my MIL has just put her (6!) Christening photos up and she has a lovely one of the cake (she told me she didn't have one) and a really nice one of us cutting it as well
:D:D
I'm just about to try on my batgirl costume
GISI - which night are you out with DH? Did you say it was tues?Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -
I think wilkos and home bargain have cheap ones, or I have the ikea one which was about £3 IIRC
No home bargains here and Ikea is a bit far too, but wilko's is a good idea thanks
Our sophie is pretty much always on a lead if you look at my FB pics, no way at that price I dare loose her! T would miss her too much too. Tho she is fading loads already.redmel1621 wrote: »Right Parents, I need some help please....
T is awake soooooo much through out the day that I am after some extra things to sit her in....atm she rotates between her bouncy chair, a door hanging bouncer and lying on the floor, with or without the playgym above her head.....she tends to get bored of each place very quickly!! I have NEVER had this problem before as the boys all tended to sleep loads during the day, she does a quick nap after a feed and then a quick 10mins before her next one, she must feel as though she is going to miss out on something;)
Anyway, can I have some opinions on this, this, this and this
Any advice on the above, or any other ideas would be greatly appreciated:D
We dont have a jumperoo, but when I put T in the one at toddler group she loves it and will happily stay in there ages if no one else wants a go.
I cant begin to imagine how Twoflowers is feeling right now, but my sympathies to her and her family. I think thats possibly my worst nightmare even tho I do moan about OH, I must try not to take hik for granted.
elle - yeay for dinky shoes for Rhys, be sure to post pics of him in them when he gets them.
Krystal - pleased you have water now, hate that! Love the bargain breadmaker and kicking bubs
Went to ILs and took the bits for storage, however came back with some other bits that we had stored there, including this that I had totally forgotten I had got for a bargain £9.80 in the sale last September!! She is too little for it atm but knowing us will take a few weeks (months) to get around to un boxing and building it. So She will have 2 walkers anyhoo lol.Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

Mel, Jumperoo all the way! Try searching for Jumparoo as well, I got mine for £34 delivered cos someone spelt it wrong

How far gone are you now Krystal? I read your post as "Caitlin is a b-tch" not "Caitlin is a titch" :rotfl:
I have amended my ebay message, what do you think now?
"Once the drivers left this morning I unwrapped the sofa & found: Sofa seat cushions, both faulty - one has dark threads & loops visible by seams, other has a frayed fabric thread visible by seams.
Beige back cushions 2 faulty, 1 in transit - one sent back with driver, didn't match! Two have dark brown threads around zip and one also has a pull in the fabric.
Brown back cushions 3 faulty - one has hole of 3cm not stitched around the zip, zip is also black; every other zip on the suite is beige, it doesn't match. One has holes where has been stitched, unstitched and restitched, other has rip by zip.
I would class what I have received as factory seconds, not new as described, therefore I am requesting either a new suite or the above faulty items be replaced as soon as possible. I also feel I am within my rights to ask for a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience, as I took today off work for the exchange and despite this the transaction is still not complete."
Much more to the point. 18 characters left
I dont like the bit in italics, can anyone rephrase it better? If I had that sent to me I would laugh at it and tell me to jog on cos it would really get my back up.Mummy to

Hi all

Been out and about today, only read back a couple of pages.
Krystal I use veg oil in my breadmaker instead of butter, but don't see why you can't use ICBINB.
Caitlyn finally seems to be over her fever - good job my dad works on the emergency docs, he got someone to call us back in 20 mins instead of the 10 hours NHS Direct told us!
Found the perfect present for MIL - she absolutely LOVES him! Have got DHs xmas present, also my mums and dads. Although I have to say, I got the Duchess's book from Waterstones when it was released and paid £20! She was doing a book signing the same day so at least I have it signed too!
Going christmas shopping with my sister next Monday - looking forward to that

It is indeed- good memory. And I'm getting my hair done tomorrow too!
That walker looks good, Som.
I think it was Aless earlier talking about her dislike of loud plastic toys, and while I agree I have to say that the V-Tech walker that H has at the in-laws is great for him at the moment and he absolutely loves it (and Mummy loves that it lives at the in-laws).:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

How about something like 'Since the item delivered today was not satisfactory I would like to be compensated for the fact that I have had to take the day off work, at my own expense.':DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator
