Are you liking the Playstation move mel? I got too vigourous and shot it off the wall, I like how it shines bright pink in my house :D Was most upset it ended up orange though.

:( at poorly babies. Never good.

Keira has still got a barfing cough and is refusing to take the "yukky" medicine, its like aniseed or something, so I'm having to bribe her with a spoonful of calpol afterwards.

Hello everyone! I have learned lots of good stuff at Baby First Aid and will share my new knowledge if anyone wants, but all my new sciency health stuff has left little room for the stuff I just caught up on.

Hugs to CAFC (who I am delighted to see posting) and to Tia for crappy ILs (although there was a weirder set earlier who I can't remember who they belonged to), to Kitkat for sicky babies and Mel for sicky bigguns, to dt1 for speech delay and to Glam for turning up.

I am glad Bruno and Mrs/Mini Bruno enjoyed the baby show and that Tara and Em have some good bargains.* I'm sorry BM is itchy and have forgotten everything else.

*my winter coat was £4.99 delivered from ebay, it's last season's Bench green one and looks like a full length sleeping bag :money: but a 10p coat is far better.

Alex just put his fist to his ear and said Herro! :D Cutie!

My big boy has gone to sleep at grandmas, in preperation for their early start to Devon. And Alex seems to be trying to make enough noise himself to make up for Joe not being here.

Nice to see you Glam and sounds like a good but expensive day Bruno.

I did remember to check out the adult babygrows in primark for Gill, but will pm her as it was the christening today!

So we visit the inlaws this weekend and MIL hasnt seen LO since February and LO walks in and says 'hello Lady'! and I just couldnt bring myself to correct her. Anyway there is a box in the living room and SIL said whats in there....MIL gets all huffy and starts having a go at her and when I looked its the Christmas presents we bought them last christmas still unopened!

That's awful PP. I wouldn't buy them anything this year.
However it has left a really funny little stump. Went to the midwife this morning who helpfully said 'I've never seen one like that before, it will either fall off some more or stay on' Helpful advice, thanks! Still, she wasn't worried and I'm not either - at least it no longer stinks.

Charlotte has got a funny tummy button. It's like a sort of lump in a hole if that makes sense.

Sorry to hear you've had a bad day Tia xx

Good to see you Glam. Good luck with the interview xx
Here I go again on my own....
  • Is anyone getting any luck with swagbucks today? It doesn't want to be my friend.

dont you just hate it when....

you're going down the stairs in the dark because your landing lightbulb has gone and its too high for you to reach, and your living room light is switched off because you're hiding in your bedroom from uber annoying trick or treaters, and you misjudged exactly how many steps they are and you miss the second to last one because you cant see for toffee, and you dont fall exactly but you do the split second attempt at a large step and you end up doing your pubic area a serious injustice????
