Can I have a quick rant please? It's bloody Nigella has peeved me, if there is something that needs to be done the day before you make something I think it should say that on the page with the ingredients rather than just step 1 in the poxy recipe

So my dried fruit is soaking in cognac and I am not making cake tonight after all. Hmph. Nigella. Hmph.

Oh and Gill (and anyone else who is wondering) to see who is viewing do the following:

On the main forum page there is a menu "quick links" a few buttons to the right of "user cp"... the bottom option on there is "who'se online". If you click on the "location" heading it puts it all in order of where people are. Also at the bottom you can amend how many listings there are per page - you probably want to change it to 200. Scroll through till you find the page where it starts
"viewing thread" and then has the thread name listed below. You will have to scroll through a few pages to find the right one, so I use ctr-f and put in the word parent, so I can quickly see if we are on there. The pt viewing people are normally clustered together.

Hi everyone :wave: - there are few people lurking who haven't posted in ages, we miss you! (and hi to the people who haven't posted ever too - we would miss you if we had met you :rotfl:)

eta - I was going to list everyone, but that made me feel like a scary stalker, plus it was taking ages and I need to go wash up. Back in a bit!

She also has spent the day doing foul smelling burps... I don't know what my mother feeds her but it's always the same when she's been to stay at Nanny's house!!

  • I only know because someone else told me. I just remembered no-one else had answered the question and a few people had asked it.

Hello lovely! How's things? Are the big boys birthday plans sorted?

I only joined when I was having V, and was very scared of graduating to this thread as everyone seemed to know each other! But even though I have two half grown up children, I still had a billion silly questions to ask more recent mums.

I'm also aware I probably speak more with those who were on the preg thread with me, so have similar aged babies. I will not deny I stalk ladybird to see what V should be doing soon, and Rmac because our girls are a day apart. But I hope I'm friendly and wecoming to the newer mums too and helpful when I can be.

    Gosh, that sounded really fluffy!

My L gas been in the bath for two hours! I'm either going to go in and get her out like a baby, or drown her!
