:rotfl: Don't think I can make the builders conference sadly as I'm back down in Leeds on the 4th of November.

Not the conference in Edinburgh on the 23rd November?

Just got in from a loooooooong lunch with a friend, she's beside herself because the "friend" who emailed her husband vile lies about her having an affair is trying to stage a coup and steal all her other friends :( I however have let it be known that I am beyond all cliques and unpleasantness and either like people or I don't. I have, therefore, not received any invitations to the "be my friend not her friend" parties and events that Vile Liar Frenemy is sending out.

Still, I had nommy steak and chips and a diet Coke with a slice of orange in it, so all is well with the world. I also got some new leggings, my winter wardrobe is going to feature leggings heavily because I hate it when my trouser legs get all wet and need something to tuck into boots.

All well? Has Em obligingly peed for us again?

Buttons, I use revlon photo ready foundation, it stays on for ages and is nice and blendable. Reminds me of when I used to be rich and used clinique, except it stays on longer! I think its like £12 or something? For everything else, Avon or www.eyeslipsface.co.uk :money:it might be cheap buts its all fab. And thats speaking as an ex beauty therapist ;)

ETA - highlighter just as good as benefit http://www.eyeslipsface.co.uk/product~prodID~71.htm

Good news is his eczema is loads better this week - Now, is this because he hasn't been to my mums? Becuase I don't give him juice? Because I don't give hime biscuits whenever he asks? Mmmm
    :)

This reminds me, Lilys Eczema has really improved since i stopped giving her my breakfast with cows milk.

Although Wheetabix with Aptamil in taste like poo.

Im not brand fussy, I only bought the benefit foundation because the bird put it on my face and I felt like I shoud buy it and I never know what colour to buy for my face? As I don't want a rim, but then I want one that doesnt give me a white neck yet still covers mah plooks.

HAVE YOU PEED?!!!! I will check out that site on Monday, when Idris gets paid :rotfl: and I have £30 boots vouchers, so perhaps I could buy that luminator benefit thingy that I have no idea what it is or does, but im presuming its like blusher and I must have it!!

Buttons, I use mineral foundation (powder) and it doesn't stick to the greasy bits! It makes my skin look really nice and doesn't give me spots (except when I need to wash out the brush). You have to wear moisturiser under it (or I do) but usually I will wash (read - use one of those wipes) my face, slap on olay anti-wrinkle cream, make my coffee and then 5mins later do the foundation. The serums work too and you only have to rub it in then yoru face is dry enough.

I would never go back to liquid foundation now.

I have heard about mineral foundation but I'm baffled how it works, just powder you brush on your face? How does that give you a nice smooth complexion?

It's all a minefield, if I had a willy, I'd not have these concerns.

i was thinking more or less the same thing in boots yesterday :rotfl:

was trying to buy the tinted shampoo a hairdresser told me would eventually stop my hair looking so orange. Found it in the end but it was scarily expensive :eek: Not MSE at all :( But it was on 3 for 2 though :p

Mineral foundation is after my time so not a clue about the technicalities :rotfl: but it does give good results. On me and my oily skin though, it doesnt last long. I wear it on my days off when I'm just popping out down the shop or whatever.

I havent peed cos the result will be more accurate in the morning  and its only two weeks since we DTD the first time ungloved (!!), so a neg might be a false neg!
