I (and my GP) suggest taking a normal dose of ibuprofen before you set off to the app. Its no biggy, worst bit really is the speculum being cranked open for the 10mins it takes:eek:
They have a thin stick that they measure your insides with and then put the coil in, its just an uncomfortable feeling of pressure as it goes in and then you might have period pains for up to a day or so after. Also pop a panty liner in before you go as there'll prob be a bit of bleeding afterwards. all in all its nowt to be scared of!And yes, there soooooo needs to be a builder's convention in Manchester as im back at work in December and with xmas coming up Im sure people will be too busy or the weather may get in the way if it's anything like last year!
The November meet is only about 5-10mins walk from Warrington central station:)
GISI - Thinking of you xx
Keely - I agree with Susan & Sugar. If you wanted to be mean back I'd start with having a dig about her not seeing her kids coz she's at work 'all' the time although its prob best to raise above it, You know E is a happy loved little boy and at the end of the day that's what matters!(I don't think bad of working mums just that is prob a sensitive thing for her)
How much does your avvy look like Krystal's Caitlyn, I did a double take!
btw - I made that weetabix cake yesterday and there's another in the oven right now - make of that what you will :EasterBun0 -
Quick question.
DS1 is doing a shoe box for a boy 8-12yrs. Essential items include a hat, scarf and gloves. Is asda or primark cheaper? Looking for good thick ones to go to Eastern Europe and Asia.
ETA, I feel like a tight wad asking whats cheapest...0 -
Ack I'm goinmg to asda anyway so I'll use it as an excuse to stop off in town first.0

Tia, not sure how much they were (but i know not much) I got Chris 2pks gloves and 2pk hats n in sainburys. Do you have any spare fleece lying around, you could whip up a buff https://www.buffwear.co.uk/catalogue/ in no time, just a tube of fleece and very warm0

GISI sending you all my cuddles and love, my Pm box is open anytime you need to chat etc. It could be nothing but if you feel there is something then i suggest getting it all out as the longer you boil about it the worse it will become. I know this goes against what everyone else has said
If you feel the facebook messages are strange and then the texts are worse you need to do something, it may nip it in the bud before anything does start.
Hope your ok and manage to get through the day xxxWhat's for you won't go past you0 -
